Staff yg sangat helpful dan ramah. Naik gajah cukup lama dan gajahnya ramah. Memberi makan dan berinteraksi dengan gajah. Harga berbanding kualitas sangat sepadan. Yg mengantar jemput dari dan ke hotel tempat kami nginap juga bagus. Makanan yg disajikan untuk lunch juga cukup enak dan beragam, 1 menurut saya akan lebih oke kalo minuman juga include misalnya sekedar free 1 mineral water. Yg pasti saya cukup puas bermain di sini, next pasti balik lagi dan merekomendasikan tempat ini
