First established in 2012, Rumah Guguk is a one-stop destination for animal lovers in Bandung. Here, you can choose grooming services and shop for pet needs as well as play with dogs of various breeds, from the Siberian Husky and Bernese Mountain to the Golden Retriever and Rough Collie. Behind the shop, there is a yard and swimming pool where the dogs can play.

Located opposite Rumah Guguk, Kebunku presents small houses in the middle of a green garden where you can take pictures and play with more than 100 adorable dogs. This kid-friendly facility also has a number of other tame animals, such as sheep, fish, ducks, rabbits and birds. What are you waiting for? Come on, come to Rumah Guguk and play with these animals who are called human's best friends!

came on Monday, despite the long queue. when playing with guguk, the staff told a lot of stories and always answered questions. it would be better if there were flyers about dogs, a kind of education for visitors. so that the information is the same and visitors become smart. lunch can be purchased inside the venue. the price is quite pricey but it's reasonable, it's also a tourist spot heheee... the kids really enjoyed it. hopefully the place can be maintained and the doggies will increase.

everything is good, but each cage seems like it's mandatory to buy snacks for the dogs even though the ticket price is already quite expensive... my suggestion is don't offer to buy snacks, it's more expensive to buy dog snacks than the ticket.. the staff's excuse is that if you don't buy snacks, the dogs won't want to be photographed 🤣🤣🤣 it's hilarious!!!

expensive tickets are not worth what is seen at the location. the animals are also decreasing.. there is nothing to see anymore. everything seems neglected. with a ticket of 100 thousand per person it is very expensive if you only go in and see a few animals. not like before

I've been here twice & always want to come back because I'm so excited about the residents. It's just a shame that the big dogs now don't look as well-maintained as they used to be. Many of their fur is dirty. Pliiizzzz take better care of them

What a boost of serotonin! We went a on a weekday so it wasn't crowded and gave us ample of time to see each house. It generally clean. Disappointed we weren't able to see a few breeds but it was still fun nonetheless. Cant wait to go back..

How to exchange tickets is easy, the staff are all friendly. Correctly instructed, already got free porridge and drink too. The dog is funny and kind.

This is my first time coming to Guguk's house, the place is spacious, but unfortunately the cleanliness is very lacking because there are ducks and chickens 🥲 in the back yard so there is poop everywhere and it smells.. for the dogs when I came it seemed like it wasn't their bathing schedule so many of them looked lacking, some of them were moldy too, until I asked the 3 officers at these places how many days they bathe, all of them said once a week indeed, maybe it can be fixed again, I wanted to sit down to rest just like thinking about it, there is a restaurant, when I looked down there was a lot of chicken and duck poop so I didn't want to sit down 🥺🙏🏻

I've been here 4 times with this, before the staff here were nice and we went straight in and were told to line up for a photo, but now the staff looks random, out of like 12 people, only 7 are lined up for a photo, it's a different story if we buy food there for 20 thousand, the staff are friendly, there are 8 or 9 people there, if it's 20 thousand it's more expensive to give food than the entrance ticket

The entrance ticket is quite expensive because what we visit is actually the same, each area contains a group of dogs that can be photographed. Although the photos are free, we are actually "asked" again to buy snacks/food which are also quite expensive, for 20 thousand for the dog reward. With that price, this place is most visited only once. To attract many visitors, at least the entrance ticket price or food should be reduced. Regarding the smell, I think dogs definitely have a smell.
