when exchanging, it turns out that the bonus does not automatically go into the top up balance on the card.. so I only get the main balance.. the bonus balance is given 3 free rides.. the staff is friendly and helpful in explaining. hopefully next time the bonus balance can also go into the top up balance.. overall still enjoying the game.
