Ticket prices are more affordable. Facilities are okay. There is a wave pool and the waves are quite big. Feels like a real beach.

when exchanging tickets, there was a bit of a wait but it was okay, the staff was helpful. The pool was clean and not too crowded. The rinsing area was also clean. It's suitable for bringing children on vacation here.

If you come here, it's better to just order a regular ticket, because if you buy platinum, it'll be a headache, the service at the playzone is not very friendly.

The Facilities just not worthed. the water were all cold, even the shower. The wave pool schedule should be at 15:30, but the facility haven't open until 16:00...the staffs also not fast response. there were some child that poop on the side of the pool. but the staff just kinda confused of what to do. once in the lifetime to play there. thank you

The ticket exchange process took a long time even though we had bought the tickets through Traveloka. I don't know what the problem was, but what is clear is that we waited quite a long time.
