It has always been comfortable to travel by ferry. Batam Fast is one of the best options as they truly deserve their name. The journey was fast and the staff handled the issue (delayed departure) well too. Overall, the journey was good and satisfying.

clean and comfortable ship.. departure on time.. ticket exchange is also not complicated... helped by the staff when checking in by offering to print tix pp (I happened to order tix pp). cool batam fast

Check-in for the ferry was 10 minutes late, tickets were closed, but you can still get a free change at the next ferry time, thank you. The staff on the ferry are also very good.
