Mindfulness Retreat and Self-Care in Nature 1. We will learn how to practice mindful walking and guided sitting meditation amongst nature. 2. Then we will practice yoga or gentle stretches. Yoga practice will be adapted to practitioners. After that we will have a cup of tea or coffee in a beautiful garden. Note: After practice and exploring nature you will already feel more energetic and clearer minded. In my opinion you should come back and stay a few more nights to rejuvenate your holidays.
