I love this waterbus experience. The price is so cheap, yet you can enjoy the view of beautiful Ho Chi Minh city from the waterbus. The staffs are also kind. It’s also easy to redeem the ticket. It is must-try experience in Ho Chi Minh City.

Attentive staff, quick support, easy ticket exchange

Booked for my brother and sister so I checked the box to book for someone else and clearly wrote my brother's name in the passenger section but his family went to the station to change tickets but couldn't find it and couldn't scan the QR code. Finally, I was able to read my name again. The staff even blamed my brother and sister for reading the name wrong???

you have to come 30 minutes before going using this waterbus. go to the ticketing section first to print a physical ticket to make it easier for us when entering the gate of this ship. fun on time and the facilities are good.

Booking on apps was very easy, but despite having an e-ticket we had to go to the counter to get a paper ticket. We didn't understand that. The ladies at the ticket counter are not very friendly or motivated. Otherwise everything went well. For a short sightseeing trip this is a good option because the price is very low.

Thank you water bus for creating the Bach Dang - Thu Thiem trip (5 minutes) that made it extremely easy for us to get to the Anh Trai Say "Hi" concert venue without having to jostle, and without having to walk from the entrance gate. Going back and forth between districts 1 and 2 was also very quick.
