The sound is not very good. I can't hear the artist singing or speaking clearly in many parts.

It's nice that we can skip the line because if we're not buying the tickets in advance, there will be a very long queue to buy them. The show is worth watching, it's a unique Vietnamese traditional performance.

Buy tickets online to avoid queuing but wait for you to process it like standing in line?? When I got there to exchange the tickets, the receptionist initially said it wasn't my customer while I was holding the customer's phone and looking at it over and over again? Had to wait for the theater staff to urge me to process it before I started asking. Bought a 200k ticket but waited until the showtime and you gave me 2 150k tickets :))) The app should reconsider.

The VIP seats included the first 4 rows, but I was assigned a seat on the edge of the top row D, the worst seat in the stadium. Meanwhile, the first row only had a few guests. It seemed that Vietnamese guests were not respected when watching this show!

There is a ticket exchange staff at the door, not too long to wait. The puppet show is very interesting when heard live. Many foreigners watch it, I am the only Vietnamese, I find the culture very interesting.

At that time, Hoan Kiem Lake had a road closure because of preparations for 10.10, which is Vietnam Liberation Day, so the road was a bit difficult to reach the theater. Luckily, there were staff who helped.

Quite a lot of foreign visitors came to watch. The water puppet show was quite interesting but the show mainly revolved around old stories. If the show had new content, it would be more attractive.

The ticket exchange process went smoothly. The show went well. But security was very lacking. In the middle of the crowd, my cellphone was stolen. When I was going to open my bag, the front pocket of the backpack was already open and the cellphone was gone. The security guard did not help. We asked to check the CCTV but were not responded to. The reason was that there was no recording.

The program was great, Vietnamese people should support and maintain these traditional art forms. I went with only foreigners. The uncle and aunt are very passionate about their profession. The lights, sounds, stories, and movements of the puppets are very vivid.
