Hotels near Cologne Kathe Kollwitz Museum

I've booked this hotel last minute, cause my friend still outside and I can't wait for long time cause of the cold. Then I come to the hotel but they didn't get my reservation. And he asked me to wait outside in the cold weather. I don't know why he asked me wait outside while I can stay in the lobby. After argued with him, he let me wait inside. It was my bad experince in this hotel. All good. The room is clean, food is delicious. Hope could improve to be better!

I had a very pleasant stay here. The location of the hotel is just right across the train station and in the heart of the city. Totally recommended!

I was very disturbed by the smell of the bed and the pillow, making my head dizzy. I don't know what that smell is because it smells really weird.

I booked a place in a dorm room. So shared with three other people in 1 room. It's nice in a room like that to get to know or chat with other people in that room. It's okay, it's the place. [+] ] below (ground floor) there is a desk, where you can study/work for 24 hours. [-] ] some some long empty, although not in the middle of the night.

Large clean room. Good service.

When we just came, the lift was under repaired. It cannot be used to bring up our big luggage to our rooms. So, we have to use stairs and lifted our luggage. But, the location of this hotel is very convenient, very near to train station, a lot of restaurant or cafe to spend the time.

Room was okay but the hotel smells something bad. But at least room and bathroom were okay

Staffs were good service mild, clean
