The place is clean and spacious. It looks like an old building, but it seems well-maintained and the room facilities are quite modern so our room doesn’t feel like an old building at all. The price is totally worth it, we fell in love with this place.

Good service from the staff. But the room condition lacks maintenance. The wall is kind of dirty and need repaint, some leaks found in the window, the phone have cracks (?), etc. But overall still acceptable.

I love this place. This is one of the best apartments you can get around Jakarta. I love the way they placed the bed, desk, even the smoking area. All of their staffs are kind and polite. You will enjoy the scenery and the room ambience. I am one of their happy-customers.

I got free upgrade from deluxe room to one bedroom suite, it's really amazing staycation experiences. The room looks like a mini apartment, we got pantry, dining area and living room. The whole room so spacious, comfy and clean. Surely will stay again.

I had amazing stay (non overnight) here. All stafs were so helpful. At first, I was so reluctant and not convinced due to many bad reviews for this property. So I decided to call prior check in and the front office offered me for showing unit. Mba Ardilla from front office was really helpful before and during my stay. They assisted and accommodate our needs very well. They also had a room service to check whether we have everything's covered. One thing I think they should improve is lighting in the hallway. It was really dark and they don't have any room directory so guest can easily lost if not being directed. Marveoulous Suite room we booked has a very large living room and nice interior as it was recently renovated. Definitely will be back again and hope to get the same service.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Great view from the room, excellent service, nice rooftop bar and splash pool, tasty breakfast, everything was good, strategic location in South Jakarta (close to 3 big malls; Pondok Indah, Lippo Mall Kemang, Pejaten Village). Definitely recommend this hotel.

The London Living Kebagusan City
Staff is friendly but the room is so bad, cannot close the window, the bed sunk when I tried to sleep on it and the towel is so thin it doesn't dry well.
