This is the third time we stay at the hotel and it still feels pleasant to visit it every time. You have to take a walk around the hotel in the morning, there are so much thing to see. We love the environment so much. The food is good, the room is comfortable and the staff is so friendly. We would still love to stay for the fourth time

We were a 10 person family group that stayed over the weekend to celebrate my mom's birthday. It was a pleasant stay at De Paviljoen Bandung. Strategic location, all staffs were friendly and helpful (all of them!), rooms were clean, good facilities and the covid19 health protocols were applied in good manner as well. Breakfast menu and taste were also very good! I got a complimentary Birthday Cake surprise on our breakfast, it was a very pleasant experience stayed there, will be back again! - Please keep up the good work De Paviljoen!

We booked 2 superior rooms with connecting door, both of them have no covering on the floor tile so we have to wear sandals while we were at the room. But anyway I loved the breakfast they served. Quite various and all of them was delicious. Moreover, The service is excellent. They responds our need quickly and friendly.

Thank you for the hospitality, we really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are clean, the food is delicious, and the staff is nice. While swimming, our child's sandals were left behind, then they were secured by the staff. During the stay felt safe and comfortable. The hotel is located in quiet upper class residential area. There are fine restaurants nearby. The room is well decorated, clean and equipped with various amenities. View from hotel restaurant in 10th floor is amazing especially during clear weather in night time. My improvement suggestion is to eliminate audible noise from rooms next doors.

The new suite is very beautiful! its clean, spacious, strong wifi, and fresh clean air. There's hot water, spacious bathtub, clean bathroom & toilet. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel area is huge! It is the best staycation experience ever!

We booked 3 deluxe rooms for 2 nights but we ended up checking out early as our first night stay at this hotel was horrible. The bathrooms were smelly and the bedsheets were stinky and got some stains. One of the basins was leaking. One bathroom's ceiling was nearly falling off. The bathroom didn't drain properly which caused flooding on the bathroom floor. The hot water supply was restricted to a certain period. There was no WiFi at the hotel either. We asked for a refund for the second night of our stay as we only stayed for 1 night but the receptionist refused to give our money back.
