Best Hotels in Makassar City Center

The woman on reception was not friendly. When I had complaint about the cleanliness, signal provider & bed requirement are not fulfilling with good services. Not recommend to stay here if they don't fix the service as hell.

The receptionist was not friendly and doesn’t care with guest. I just come to there in afternoon the receptionist was play the phone even we ask her. And after that in the evening there’s another receptionist and this receptionist was same with the before one. This guy playing games even we ask nicely to him. He only playing game.

There's no hot water. The breakfast was 'only' a cup of coffee and leaves of bread. No more than that.

Noisy there are repair facilities at midnight hotels making uncomfortable breaks.

The worst hotel in the town. Dirty and bad hospitality. The air conditioner was not working properly. I won't stay at this hotel anymore, a nightmare esperience

This is the first time I searched for hotel in Makassar and I really satisfied with my choice, the room look exactly like the picture, clean and comfy, with TV, small and long table/desk, and comfortable bed/s. the AC is fine, the toilet is clean without smell and has hot water. In room they provide bottle of water/day. There's no towel in toilet (I didn't ask because I bought my own) and the only toiletries is bar soap. The employees are friendly and have good service. The room will be cleaned everyday but you have to ask them first. The breakfast isn't included. The location of the hotel is in the middle of the city.
