I had arrived at 14:40 the check in time written was 14:00. They did not have my room ready and the check in process was made unbelievably slow. I have stayed in other Best Western outlets and have never had this problem. Very unprofessional service an apology without any form of compensation is worthless.

Many mosquitos at the lobby and the room furniture, sofa, carpet etc, seems has not been clean for some time. As for location is nice but need to upgrade the maintenance of the facility.
