I had the most luxurious and comfortable stay at Grand Hyatt in room 727. I would like to thank mr Fajar in front desk for helping me check in so quickly within 10 minutes. So fast! I’m amazed! The work ethics and the commitment to serve is beyond! Keep up the good work. Also I wanna thank the cleaning team of the room. The room is so gorgeous clean and huge! 10 people stayed in the 3-bedroom unit: my mom, my brother, my sister & her husband & 3 children, my cousin, my husband, and me. We truly had a lovely time together. The rooms fit perfect for us. We cooked, we washed and dried our clothes, we watched movies, we swam, so many things we can do! The building management was kind enough to come to our room and give instructions on how to use the utilities at the unit. We stayed in other branches before, it's the same feel! Upon checking into this hotel, I have sky-high expectation for both the service and the room. I have passed this hotel several times and really curious on how this well-known hotel doing on their services. I booked a night just to have a good time together with my partner and enjoying our weekend there. Upon arrival, We're greeted with a very warm welcome and they were already offer to brought our belongings, even when it's not really that much stuff. They gave us a very nice welcome drink and the receptionist, Ms. Jesslyn, treated is very well during check-in. Our requests were all fulfilled and really appreciate their attention on the small details. Then when we arrived at the room. We were stunned. It was a neatly oriental-decorated spacious room with tons of cool stuffs, one of the example was the speaker inside our bathroom. Which really gave us an awesome experience on watching movies while indulge in the bath tub. The bed was comfy and the pillows were outstanding. Definitely ranked among our top 5 hotel with the best bed ever! The hotel's facilities are considered complete for the 5-star hotel. It has a very spacious and proper gym court complete with saunas, massage and spa, and also the swimming pool, although the swimming pool is not really that big. They also noticeably fast on our in-room requests. I don't feel any delay as they send our request immediately and they happily gave what we wanted even when it was late in the night. The breakfast also exceptional! They have tons of choices in pastry (I love pastries) and the varieties of cuisines as well. The servers were also very helpful and fulfill all our requested stuffs, even when the restaurant is very packed. Overall, the hotel is really the best choice for whoever wanted to have an awesome experience on staycation in the oriental-themed hotel with nice services! Everything is a great and excited. Staff are very helpful and polite, The Room is spacious, elegant and very clean. The bed is very large and super comfy. Bathroom also in good conditions and spacious too. The views from my room is the best, and the important one is the location is accesible to everywhere cause it near everywhere too. Staying at Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta Thamrin was an amazing moment for my life and you mus try. Thank you for your hospitality and will come back again in future.

Amaris Hotel Thamrin City Jakarta
Based on the price and its very strategic location, I won't ask for much. Its reasonable. The only thing I was frustrated that they don't have USB built in charger and I need to find phone plug to use it. No point on bringing universal charger because you can't use it. I do hope receptionist provide extra plug just in case you're encounter this kind of guest.

Smart Hotel Thamrin Jakarta
I was looking for a hotel with a location close to the CFD area, at an affordable price. It 's true that this hotel is very strategically located, very close to Sudirman street and can be walked. But I was very disappointed when the receptionist said that the type of room I got was not as booked (the photo in the application had not been changed), I was asked to add money to get the type. Even though I chose the hotel because I saw the type of room I wanted. After I complained, I was able to get the right room. But unfortunately there are so many other disappointments that I got. The condition of the hotel is bad with the floor in the alley that is ugly and covered with bad carpet, old elevator, leaking room air conditioner, very minimal bathroom facilities, small towels, room curtains are very dirty and stained, dirty rooms, there is only one TV channel on, sheets and rooms are not clean. This is the first time I was so disappointed with the hotel room I booked.

Hidden gems in Thamrin area. Near bni sudirman Airport Train 10 - 15mins walking. Surrounding hotel very safe. Staffs very attentive & friendly especially Mr. Ardy & his colleagues. The hotel will be hits among traveller in near future. Hope the management will look the matters very seriously. 1) Pillow to soft. 2) Mattress to hard (I can't sleep well due to back pain & neck pain) 3) Water pressure 😔as attached picture. 4) Air Freshener to strong scent (In the Elevator) Overall satisfy staying at this hotel & will look forward to staying again when visiting CGK.
