Best Hotels in Sanur

I read reviews online before booking here, but I think the hotel is quite good, the room is very spacious, they can improve their contact though, because I have a hard time contacting them through phone or WA. When I was here it was rainy and windy, it only have a lek on the corridor, but the room is safe

We have wonderful stayed at Prime Plaza Hotel in Sanur. The staff from Greeter, Receptions, Room Clean, F & B & Technical. All done good job. My daughter got balibelly in the second day and they help provide docter for checking-up at the room (extra charge) & very helpfull. We spend more time around pool area & it infinity pool, and very cool for kids friendly & the food at pool area also fantastic (trying pork belly and the best🤩) Breakfast is wonderful and all taste of food is best (I had american big b'fast & dessert). Parking & Lobby area is huge, and locations just 5 minute walking to the beach. Spa & Fitness center is great (fitness nit allow for kids). Room faciliest & eminities is best And they have very good WiFi during our stayed🤩 The hotel looks with traditional and very well maintenance and its like 5* service. Note: check in room was great, only the preparions of the twin bed room is late,,, but thats fine because we got access spend few hour in the pool are. Thank you 10/10*

Pros: Location: Beachfront hotel, Convenient and accessible. Facilities: Well-maintained and adequate. Price: Reasonable and competitive. Cons: Insect Infestation: Discovered insect eggs beneath the door leading to the balcony area. Unprofessional Staff: The staff member at the egg station during breakfast on January 29 exhibited rudeness. When I requested an omelette, he gestured to me with his fingers instead of speaking. It is imperative that the staff undergo training to enhance their basic service skills.

perfect... All staff really nice and helpfull my 3rd kids having an awsome Birthday suprise from 101 sanur 🤍🤍 amazing experience.. the pool really nice and wide.. all was perfect, you can refill the water bottle as much as u want, much cafe and market around,, the breakfast have a lot juice and milk.. I can mix my coffee with oat milk. I will back as soon as possible ... thanks a bunch 101 Sanur..

The staff is very nice and kind. But the condition of the room and the building is horrible. I only stay for like 30 mins and decided to check out right after that. This hotel is a total scam. Please read the reviews and Google reviews before you book this hotel.
