Thank you for the hospitality, we really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are clean, the food is delicious, and the staff is nice. While swimming, our child's sandals were left behind, then they were secured by the staff. During the stay felt safe and comfortable. Love their creativity, I booked for my daughter birthday staycation. And I gave the information just in the morning of my staycation day about this through ig dm. Probably because of the high traffic, they didn't respond so I just thought that they can't prepare the decoration or the decoration need extra charge. But surprisingly when we arrived, the receptionist say hi to my daughter and ask who is having a birthday. She looked so happy and amazed that the hotel staff know about her birthday. They also provided a tepee tent at my room that make this hotel my daughter 's number 1 list hotel. They also have3 a free riding horse, a free rabbit feeding and also a free fish feeding. My daughter gave you not just 5 stars but 10 stars hotel. Love this hotel.

Always love to staying at House Sangkuriang whenever my family go to Bandung for short vacation. The staff are very helpful and friendly especially Pak Wandi who help us to fulfil our request and the security who wash my car even we don't ask for him to do it. And the location is great, ohya every room had a little balcony, enough for you to feel the fresh air and having a good air circulation. The bad side is not from the hotel, but from the other guest sitting around the pool or breakfast near pool with many kids or even babies enjoying their swimming time but the adult/other guests is smoking. Make the air quality become worst and full of smoke and not good for the kids or even people who have allergic with smoke. Maybe hotel can make a suggestion or rules for the guest not to smoking near pool area? (No Smoking Area in public area)

I had a great time staying at this hotel for 4 nights. The room exactly looked like the pictures: not too spacious but comfy and clean. You could find a lot of art pieces on every corner of this hotel. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. Surely will stay again if I visit Bandung next time.

Arrived when it was already dark. There's a carpark attendant helping to inform us on where we can park our car as hotel guests. Checking in was easy. We needed to deposit Rp50.000 (for hotel key) and the money was returned in full when we checked out and returned the key card. Overall hotel lobby ambience is nice and clean. We love it. Our room was on the first floor, and it's nice and relatively clean (dusty a bit on the table). Hot water system, air-con, everything worked well. Tea and coffee, 2 bottles of mineral water (plus electric kettle) were provided. The latest time to check out is 1pm, otherwise an extra day is charged. Breakfast option was good, and the food was 7.5/10. We tried eating at the cafe for dinner. Pasta was 7/10. Char Kway Teow was 6/10 (soggy and a little too salty). We tried the Ramadhan Meal, and it was 7/10. We had it delivered for dining in our room. When food was delivered to our room, we could pay using our bank's debit card on the spot (informed them of our choice of payment). Would we recommend this hotel? Yes.

Best hospitality i've ever experienced so far. I contacted them through WA for early check in (3.30 am) and late check out (3 pm the next day). Believe me, they're extremely helpful. The place is so beautiful. I got excited I invited some friends to come over and chill in their cafe. They make great red velvet latte & Vietnam drip. I've been traveling for work these past 3 years, this is the cheapest place i've found so far (i've been in jkt, jogja, bdg) and they exceeded my expectations. Will definitely come back.

Sheraton Bandung Hotel & Towers
It's perfect. There's convenience store nearby. The food option outside the hotel is good. The food in the hotel is perfect, our kids eat almost double from their usual portion. There gym is great, although the pool might not that big but it's comfortable. The room is big (fit 2 adult and 2 children easily). Every staff is commendable, from the front desk, cleaner, restaurant even the horse keeper (yes they have a horse). In short, it was really a wonderful stay for us
