It surprised me for the first time. To enter the lobby, we must go to car park than got welcomed in lobby. What an experience in first impression; I was like superstar who came to hotel but from secret way, hahahaha. The room is great too; it was a huge room for me and staff were definitely hotelier staffs. Love this hotel so much !

It's located at the center of the city with many options of culinary spot within 10 mins range by car or you can easily order it online. Superb clean accommodation and great service. This hotel location is very convenient. In front of hotel is many street food sellers of chicken satay, padang satay, nasi pecel and also bakmi ayam. Also near Toko Oen, Superindo, Ace Hardware. Overall, location is very strategic. Parking area also quite many spaces, so you do not need to be worried on your vehicle. Breakfast is quite good, many choices, and they have good safety protocols. Overall, I am quite satisfied. 1 small issue, that they changed the room key without pre-notification due to I have 2 bookings for my stay. I have to go down to the lobby from 7th floor, when I can not used my room key to open my hotel room. Thank you.

I'm so happy to stay in the first night at Holiday Inn Express Semarang in room 1206, that's why I decided to extend another one night here. The cleanliness is excellent. The only problem is only coming from 2 things. 1st coming from the smell from the towel. Before I used the smell was like mold. And 2nd the guy in the front office not so nice compared to the girls and the young guy (I forgot his name, but I think he is the older) maybe it because when I coming to the reception I was wearing short pants, flip flop, and mess shirt. As a person who also works in hospitality please do not classify people by how they look. The guest is always a guest. Don't show them any fake smiles. But overall I love the food, the cleanliness, the security system from the entrance is amazing.

Centrally located in Jalan Pemuda, close by to Simpang Lima and malls. Design of the the hotel is kinda cool, room is clean and neat. Outdoor pool in the rooftop is the highlight of the hotel. Sunset view is awesome. What I don’t like (and its pretty crucial) is the wall is so air thin, that you can hear people’s sound beside the room. This is rather not very convenient especially if you get some noisy neighbor.

Very bad losmen, very bad services, not save for quest, no body pick up the phone, no phone in the Room if something happen we need something we should going down? How come we pay Rp 900.000 a night with bad Service Like this? The towel so dirty, Edy old towel, no slip per, the food no warmer, bad food. I never come back to this losmen, night mare. When we sleep the Bed shaken by the AC. We can ferl the resonance of the AC, we can't sleep well.

The 27 by Rainbow's House
Next to. The hotel is a open cafe with very loud music/band from 11pm to 2am. No phone/intercom in the room so we call the mobile number from our mobile phone but no one answer. We can't sleep at all. White towels in the bathroom are old and greyish colors. Also the pillow sheet has stain.
