it is actually a boarding house (kos) not a hotel, and u need to check out at 11 not 12. i got a room that the semprotan toilet is leaking so the bathroom floor is all time wet. and i told the housekeeper directly but they do nothing and saying oh iya memang begitu. and the toilet is so old (need to do renovation for the toilet in my opinion). On my second night, the AC is leaking so bad. so not just the toilet floor is all wet, now the room floor is wet too. already call the technician, but still leak after that. the bedsheet has lots of stains

The problem only in location is not clear.

the pictures they publish is not the same as the reality. they need to improve their standard of cleanness. not just the room but also the hall way. the ceiling was leaking, the sink was dirty, so does the toilet floor. on the day I checked in, the room wasn't ready, the floor was sticky and dirty, there was hair in the shower room from the previous guest and the bed was not ready until 6:30pm-ish. the cleanness is definitely below a standard. please do not give unprepared room to other guest who just check-in.

Staff hotel ramah, hotel OK, AC OK.

Kurang disiapin sejadah dan sarung/mukenah aja buat yg muslim. Selebihnya oke.
