Overall, the 2-bedroom unit was a great choice for us. It was well-equipped with a microwave and a capsule coffee machine (though we didn't use it as the hotel didn't provide capsules).
However, we were disappointed that no kitchen utensils (spoons, forks, plates, etc.) were provided.
The beds in both bedrooms were comfortable, but we encountered issues with the AC in the twin-bed room. It made a disturbing noise and then suddenly turned off. When we reported this to the front desk, they asked us to mimic the sound, which seemed unhelpful. Unfortunately, maintenance didn't arrive to check the AC until the next day.
Another concern was the elevators. Despite having six elevators, they were consistently crowded, especially during peak hours like check-out. We often had to wait 5-10 minutes for an elevator, and the presence of service trolleys in the passenger elevators further exacerbated the wait times.
For breakfast, almost all the food there was delicious and we asked for takeout as our pax is leaving early and they provided it.
While minor issues arose during our stay which can happen during high occupancy day (new year stay), we understand that these things can happen. We hope the hotel can address these areas for future guests. We would consider staying here again.
