After around 2 hours I can't feel any cool air from the aircon, I call your frontdesk and he said he will send engineering team. They came and check the remote and said will inform us back soon. We wait almost 20 minutes with no news, then we call back to your fd team, we request for room moved, they said they only have twins! Is that even our problem! We booked for double bed and without any solution your Front Desk staff (Ahmad) just easily said no double just twin left! We gave them a solution just make your twin bed to hollywood! One of the team came and gave us the key to the room. He didn't even offer any assistance to bring our luggages, just key and gone! With no spare hands, we went to the new room 511 with the fact that the key was not working! NICE! We went down to Reception, they gave new key and one of your team (Rozi) assist us to 511 and we found out that your team only push the twin bed without making it hollywood. I believe your experienced team should know what hollywood type of bed means, right! We came down for the second time to Reception with all our luggages just to be asked to wait for another 30 minutes. UNBELIEVABLE! 00.30 they gave us the key to 511 with the hollywood bed inside. Is this what service in one of Tauzia Groups looks like? Should I do a hard complaint then your team take an action?
