We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was better than expected. Room was spacious & clean. Happy with appliances in the kitchen and also ironing board, very handy! I had a pleasant stay at Fraser Sudirman. The place was terrific, the suite was fancy and spacious, so the room is far better than what I expected. I think the marketing team needs to upload a nicer pictures for these rooms because the current one doesn't really represent the real condition. The suite even has a working space and a washing machine. The kitchen has a full range of cooking utensils. The bedroom was comfy and there was two extra pillows. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub and a shower. Unfortunately the TV was not a smart one so it was not possible to watch Netflix. My only input is to enforce a stricter health protocol, since I didn't see the staff wearing double masks. And they should check whether the guests has already been vaccinated or not.

We booked a family suite room on the 5th floor. The place has amazing views and is very comfy. The capacity room is 4 people with 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a toilet inside meanwhile the 2nd bedroom is not. The other benefit is the kitchen has complete equipment and if you plan to have small activity with your family to cook here. It is the best place for you to book this. The balcony has a good view with a city view at night and morning time. The door has a smart door system 🙌. I will definitely come again here with my family or friend for a short escape. This is literally a hidden gem. Thanks, Upscale Suites. Please keep maintaining the cleanliness 😚😚

Really stratigic and centrally located scene, close to Malls (Setiabudi One) and to lots of Food areas. Treehouse Suites - are really well equipped with excellent services from reception to cleaning services. Room is really clean and wonderful equipped (from WiFi to towels) plus the staff are very conscience regarding requests and feedbacks. Overall - a well recommended place to stay - you need to be in time to book for the big Weekends (X-Mas, New Year) else out of stocks 😂.

The Hotel upgrade my room to the premier deluxe what a nice surprise for year end staycation with some friends. I got a city view, they approved all of my request! Food for breakfast ? An Hotel Jakarta
Always have problem with parking guy. Everytime we go out even just for dining out it seems like we are a thieves. Which parking fare will be paid when we checked out. So every time we goin somewhere need to be checked to receptionist are we leaving for check out. Different management with parking and so annoying parking guy sometimes he see our car but don’t want to open the gate until we need to begging the gate to be opened. We are tired after long day and too much with that kind of behavior
