Hotels near Farm In The City

The room condition was not good. Bed sheets seems not clean and sterilized properly. The room given was so dim due to 2 lamps in room are broken. Requested for change room but reception called for technician to come repair. Overall uncomfortable feeling.

There is cigarette smell on the room, comforter is dirty and have requested for change and it is still the same.

My stay here was a total disaster. The room was nothing like the website photos promised. It was tiny, dirty, and missing basic stuff like a TV and hairdryer. There were even mosquitoes in the room even though theres no windows ! The bed duvet was disgusting with yellow stains, and the bathroom light took forever to come on. The A/C kept turning off in the middle of the night, and there were no windows, so it was really hard to breathe. The staff was cold and unhelpful when I complained. The whole experience made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. This place is falsely advertised and I would never stay here again. Queen room more like maid room. A total scam with the price . Doesn't worth it at all .

Receptionist teruk, no friendly, no smile.

Hello there Up on checking, no electricity in the room. Air condition - panel on the wall was broken and very dangerous to touch. When I tried to adjust the temperature the aircon holder ripped off and noticed it wasn't screwed at all with holder! There was NO remote control to operate, operation only by the above said wall socket with broken buttons and unscrew socket! Very big safety threat! Shower area, shower head and shower hose are very dirty, not clean. Its a hygiene issue! I cleaned the shower area and shower with the shower gel and removed shower head from the hose for me to get ready and go out for my day. I didnt had time to go back reception and report the issues at that time of afternoon. I was held up with electric issue upon check in and I was running late for my meeting. At night, when i came back to hotel manager wasn't around to report the issue. I managed to report the above said issue upon check out with the manager. He inspect ther room and acknowledged the raised issues and apologized. I told him, will raise the issue through Traveloka and claim full refund for that night or complimentary stay for future. He agreed with my decision and waiting for the firmal complain through Traveloka. I'm staying with this property chains since 26.11.2024. So, manager aware me and very understanding when I raised the issue. kindly help me to get full refund or a complimentary stay for a night in future. Look forward to hearing from you ASAP. Since I stay there for business trip. It 's OK for me. Not to fancy. But, yeah. Acceptable. The room to small for 2 person. To get food, the location is good. It 's walking distance.

Comfortable for family & short stay. Value for money.

The hotel's location is really convenient, especially if you need to take the ktm. Unfortunately, the rooms are quite small and cramped, and I didn't get a great sleep since the walls are pretty thin. Also, the room itself could have been a lot cleaner , there was a few yellow stains on both towels – I even noticed one of the lights was broken. I only stayed one night, but it was easy to check in and out, which was nice.

I'm comfortable. Very good service.
