PWTC LRT station is located about 400 meters walk from the Putra KTM Komuter station. It consists of two sheltered side platforms along with a double-tracked line and all levels are linked by stairways and escalators as well as facilities such as prayer rooms, toilets and convenient stores. It was built to serve the northern and southern areas of Kuala Lumpur to cater for the Commonwealth Village and National Sports Complex in Bukit Jalil, during the KL Commonwealth Games in 1998.
This station can be accessed by Putra KTM station which is served by KTM Komuter's Rawang-Seremban Line and Sentul-Port Klang Line. From Kuala Lumpur city centre, it takes around 10 minutes to reach PWTC LRT Station by using Damansara road and Sultan Iskandar highway.
There are trains scheduled to reach PWTC LRT Station from KL Sentral. You can reach PWTC LRT Station by Putra Komuter station (KA04) served by the Seremban Line and Port Klang Line. Once you arrive at the komuter station, the LRT station is about a 400-metre walk from the station. Besides that, PWTC LRT Station is connected by Ampang Line or Sri Petaling line. Aquaria KLCC is one of the largest aquariums in Southeast Asia and consists over 150 species of marine life.
