The service, staffs, room accommodation, cleanliness and everything are all chef’s kiss ~ 😘 My boyfriend and I felt like the experience is so surreal because it’s too good to be true 😆 The staffs, environment and the complimentary things they’ve prepared in the room made us feel very much welcome. De Garden Hotel
Actually room size and cleanliness was okay, but for a 3 star hotel standard, it was terrible as they only give 1 room key, and didn't allow for 2nd key. As I booked the twin bed room for 2 people, very troublesome when one people want to go out and the other are sleeping (the only 1 keycard given have to be put for aircon and light). Staff was friendly and okay, however check in and check out time could be improved for faster processing time.

Check-in 1/2 hour can't stay inside. Staff unfriendly. Whole floor full with smoking smell. Noise (Got sound every 5min in room) If you stay here you need to listen not only road noisy sound. Bedsheet look like clean but unclean actually be careful to your skin.

If you are in a pinch, you can go there. But you will face an arrogant guy downstairs who doesn't help. He is bored at night, we asked him to exchange towels with irons, he said none of them exist.
