Staff is very nice. We can do early check in and put our luggage in the storage after check out while we're waiting for our flight and quickly mingling in the city.

Awesome place to stay! Comfy bed, clean room, nice view and friendly staff. Not far from the airport and the centre too.

Good customer service. Two thumps up for the staff at there. My hubby left his pair of shoes on the parking lot. And realize it when we already at Lake tekapo. Immediately call them and asked to courier to Christchurch as our final stop will be in Christchurch. The staff name Rose very helpful, she helped us to courier the shoes to Christchurch and receive the package exactly a day before we left Christchurch. Thank you for the awesome service and stay. Definitely will back to this hotel again...

The day 2 may room not cleaning and towel to dirty, shower some time not hot water, bed noisy, bedroom to small

Great room and facilities given so complete, only there is no check-in late service, so we have to check-in by ourselves.
