This is my second time to stay at the hotel, and both times I was really satisfied. Housekeeping was quick whenever we needed assistance, and all the staff from the desk to the restaurant were accommodating. My favorite part is the buffet! The breakfast buffet included in our stay was all worth it (take note it may destroy your diet). We also availed of the dinner buffet, which was discounted at the time. The hotel was not exaggerating when they said they had the best buffet on the island! Will definitely book here again when I return.

They also cleaned our room and changed our towels even through we didn't request and take note that they did not charge us for that. The staffs are also very accommodating. When we checked it they immediately offered us welcome drinks. We had to wait cos we arrived there an hour than the check in time. But as soon as we got into our room, we were so impressed and surprised cos there were rose petals scattered on the floor and the bed. When I made a booking a put a special request for a room with a nice view since this is our first trip together since getting married this year. We did get a room with a balcony and a nice view but what we didn't expect were the rose petals, notes and balloons. Super thoughtful! ❤️ The room was so beautiful! My husband kept repeating how much he loved the room. And that king size bed? Oh. My. God. So comfy! The interior of the room was impeccable and the colors were brilliant! It's nice and bright but need not to worry cos they have massive curtains so you won't have problems sleeping in the afternoon. The room we had also had a balcony with a clear view of the sky where we were able to hang our wet clothes. The room had a fridge full of Beers, sodas and chocolates. Everything in the fridge were not overpriced as compared the prices from 711 boracay. A beer was 65 each if I'm not mistaken. The owners were also very kind and accommodating. It was such an amazing stay. We'll definitely recommend this hotel to family members and friends. 💙 Thank you, Indila!

We had an awesome stay! The staff were very nice and accommodating. Our room was located on the ground floor, the aircon is very cold and working fine. The heater on the shower is also working plus there’s a bathtub. They have an infinity pool as well. Breakfast had limited choices but it’s okay. This is the beachfront. We will definitely stay again! Thank you to the staff and stay safe!

The staff at the front desk is friendly and approachable. The room where we stayed is so clean including the bathroom and closet. There was a mini fridge and a water heater provided though the heater has some fixing to do. Accessible to food stalls and other stuff. Located right at the beach front of station X.

Budget friendly hotel with super duper amazing and heartwarming staff. When you stay here it feels like home, there customer service is 5/5 or 100/100. Their staffs are all kind and super accomodating, especially Nanay Julie and Tatay Paul (had the chance to talk to them, and they are so kind!). And a tip! Don't bother or don't worry carrying, heavy snacks or food, because beside the hotel itself is their affordable-low cost minimart. They also have there in house chef and a very affordable price to your short order request. Overall, we have a very satisfying and relaxing stay.

Golden Phoenix Hotel Boracay
Our stay is worth the affordable price, given that it is beachfront accommodation with pool. Lighting inside the room is a little dim/dark. Some construction noises are also heard during our whole stay. Housekeeping is a little slow. Unfortunately, we had some unsatisfactory experience to the restaurant, misunderstanding with the provided menu inside the room. Food is satisfactory.
