Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel 2
The female and male receptionists are not accommodating and the way they responded to us didn’t sound nice. We are you sure if they understood us or not but I travelled with a Vietnamese companion. Also, there were no mineral water served and for 3.000.000 VND for 3 nights of stay, we thought it was very expensive especially when we saw the room. It was overpriced for the service that we received. Only the fireworks show was the main event. Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel 2 at 95 Hang Bong Street is not good to be recommended. I will not check in at this hotel again. It must not be rated 4-stars. Traveloka, please update the info about this hotel. It’s misleading.

Beryl Signature Hanoi Hotel
We were very impressed with the receptionist 's service, they took us into a taxi and said goodbye when I will check out. Located is very strategy and many delicious food and cheap arround hotel area. Breakfast is good, we expected their breakfast just simple but the actual we are very satisfied, their breakfast is completed and many deliciuos food.
