Air panas di kamar ga fungsi sama sekali. Ketika hendak menanyakan ke resepsionis, telpon ga fungsi. Terpaksa turun ke bawah. Jawaban yang diberikan oleh front desk apa? Saya ga tau kamar mana aja yang ga fungsi air panasnya. Dah gitu aja ga ada solusi.

Experience 3 nights at this hotel, Initial check-in was standard 1 night when I opened the door and then entered the room, closed the door, was presented with a trash can that was already filled, no toiletries except towels, the next day, replace the deluxe 2 nights, then open the door to enter the room already smells of welcoming cigarettes, when I close the door there is a glass filled with murky water, I don't know how long it's been, you can't use a cold shower because there's no lid, the refrigerator isn't cold when you open it, it smells musty, I'm sorry, in the future I hope to clean it up again

The rooms are comfortable, at this price, carpet floors, bathtubs and spacious. Just a bit of horror, there were several sightings and sounds. But if it's crowded, it's safe, it's even fun. The staff must be trained again, not friendly.

Given a room like a broken room, the room is spooky, the lights are not all on and dim as if they want to die, the sheets don't look like they've been replaced, they're yellow and untidy. In the end, I didn't make the room and checked out on the same day even though it took 2 nights.

Good services: 1. Cold AC. 2. Fast service (10 minutes queue is okay) 3. Friendly service. 4. Smooth warm water. 5. The elevator runs smoothly. Bad services: 1. Please pay attention to the housekeeping, there are sensitive tools in the room behind the desk of room 812. 2. There are children's pants in the room. 3. The bath tub does not have a plug. 4. The kid's pool is dirty. 5. Borrow a bowl must pay. 6. There is painting the ceiling in the lobby (should have been given a safety line) because there are many small children. Check-in took almost half an hour, the lobby was not equipped with air conditioning so it was hot waiting to check in. The elevator often shuts down, was trapped in the elevator. The room was not cleaned, there was still the rest of the previous guest's trash. Many room lights are off. Drinking water is only given 1 small bottle. Small bath water, it takes a long time to wet the body. Conclusion: look for another hotel if you want to stay in Balikpapan.
