It's really sad, I swear, I just entered, it's really dark, the floor is dirty, the walls are dirty, like there's a splash of thick liquid that I don't know what to do, the walls are cracked, it's scary, there's no hot water for bathing, no drinking water, the windows are very dirty, it's the first time I've been to there and really give up, won't go there again, if you really don't intend to give a room, please, if you can just cancel it.

Cleanliness of the room and wanting to enter the room is not clean, the lift is also not clean, smells of cigarette smoke, water for bathing and defecation is also jammed, breakfast also has a makeshift menu, our family and I want to have breakfast at 8 in the morning the menu is leftover noodles and fried fish with flour , it's not comfortable, just a suggestion please improve the quality of service, menus and cleanliness, as far as I remember in 2015 and 2016 it was quite comfortable to stay, I don't think that it will change drastically like what we experienced on June 8 to 9 2023, maintenance must be consistent so that visitors can be comfortable and feel at home, thank you.

I don't like to write negative comments but I wrote this for future improvement. The hotel needs renovation and improve cleanliness. The condition is that the lobby floor needs polishing and deep cleaning, the table is broken/broken in the room, the shower curtain is spotty and brown, the room walls are dull and need to be painted, the linen needs to be updated when I check, the linen is not replaced so it smells, the shower head is crusty, butts cigarettes are not cleaned. In the hotel property business, it must be maintained so that the hotel looks new and guests who stay comfortable. Hopefully it can be material for management's consideration.

Very bad, the hallways are very dirty, the sheets are dirty, the air conditioner is not cold, the room is dusty, even where the drinking glasses are dirty. This is truly the worst hotel on earth! Not worthy of 3 stars like this. It's better to add a little money to get a decent hotel or just a guest house. For those who want to stay here, think 100 times again.

Deluxe room but below standard. Service is lacking, bathrooms are stagnant, AC is broken, and the atmosphere is gloomy and lonely. Very very very disappointed. Sorry, that's what I'm like.

This hotel has minimal maintenance and is not in accordance with the price given, the sheets look dirty and dull, even on the first day breakfast is only given rice boxes not provided in the restaurant, very disappointed, unlike when staying in 2021.

Kamar hotelnya kotor, suram, lembab, bau WC nya keluar, pesan untuk 2 orang, tapi sikat giginya cuma 1. Jadi baru check in liat kamarnya sengeri itu, langsung check out, padahal sudah pesan untuk 2 hari, nggak bisa refund pula. Akhirnya minta bantu tim agen online, dan bisa refund.
