Business loss compensation NOC (not included in insurance)
If the Company is unable to rent a vehicle due to an accident, theft of the vehicle, a breakdown attributable to the renter or driver, vehicle damage, odor, etc., the Company will charge the following fees as compensation for losses during the maintenance period of the vehicle.
The amount of compensation required when the following situations occur:
1. When the vehicle is successfully returned to the shop: 100,000 yen
2. Cases other than the above: 150,000 yen *Please note: If the towing fee exceeds 150,000 yen, the excess amount will be borne by the customer.

Insurance will not pay compensation in the following situations:
1. No police report (no proof of accident from police)
2. Accidents caused by driving without a driver’s license, driving under the influence of drugs, or driving under the influence of alcohol
3. Accidents caused by drivers who failed to submit their driving licenses
4. Damage and contamination of vehicle interior and exterior equipment not caused by vehicle accidents
5. Settle privately without the consent of the insurance company
6. Violation of lease terms
7. Fines and penalties arising from violation of Japanese local laws and regulations
8. The scheduled rental time was exceeded when the accident occurred
