No refunds, date, or train changes post-ticket exchange.

In case of machine unavailability, redeem at designated green ticket machines or counter.

Redemption timing: From 5:30 am until 5 minutes before the last Haruka train.

If seats are full, opt for non-reserved seats.

If a ticket is lost, please note that reissuance is not available; therefore, repurchase is necessary.

If selected train service is suspended, opt for alternative Haruka or Kansai-Airport Rapid Service.

京都駅で空港に行くために切符を引き換える手順は少しわかりにくいです。旅行日を選択するための初回の電子バウチャーとチケットの交換。チケット引き換えの列は大変混雑するため、数日前に行うことができます。パスポートにはチップが付いているので、機械で変更できますが、そうでない場合はカウンターに行かなければなりません。 2回目は乗車券に引き換えて、当日に乗車する列車を選択します。この切符は電車に乗車する前に交換する必要があり、切符を交換するまでにあまり長く待たないようにしてください。出発便を選択すると、約 7 ～ 10 分後に快適に電車に乗ることができます。空港行きの電車は 30 分ごとに出発します。
