During rainy season (June to November) it is recommended to do the activity in the morning for lesser chance of rain.

All water sports activities are only available for travellers aged 11–60 years old (10 years old or below is not allowed due to safety concern)

These are highly intense sports activities. Please consider your health condition when participating

Parasailing activity is highly recommended to do in the morning, from 8am to 12noon when weather is much better during this time compare to afternoon. For afternoon bookings, it is already subject to availability depends on the weather condition.

If some of the water sports in the 3-in-1 package are not available due to weather conditions, other arrangements will be made, and no refunds will be provided
