Friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Approachable staff.

The staff make you feel at home, they’re amazing! The pet friendly cabin was great and on the quiet side of the park which was perfect for us. This is our second time here and not the last ☺️🐾

Easy check in, helpful, heated spa

the bathroom was very poor ... no floor towel, shower was outdate and leaking bed was too soft entry door did not work properly after hours kitchen was very poor, not well equiped all in all not value for money

Reasonable value

On arrival we were very welcomed, nothing seemed a problem and were very comfortable also our dog.

Close to most things, very nice Thai restraunt next door which we enjoyed for dinner. Close drive to the beach. Living area was big, bathroom small, bedroom average size. Clean property. My parking area was under a tree and next morning had animal crap all over new paintwork which I wasn’t impressed about.

Don’t book here if you think it’s pet friendly. They don’t tell you online that not all cabins are pet friendly with an extra charge of $30 each dog per night. If the total cost is not in the the original booking price it’s a scam as far as I’m concerned. Then they say that they charge a fee for cancellation what a wrought. Would never book through them again

This was a nice easy stay for my little family to easily walk to the beach and local restaurants

Nice big cabin a little dated but overall great for overnight stay close to shops and airport

Really liked the heated pool and spa.. enjoyed a couple of afternoons in the spa... bbq area was handy to our unit and neat and tidy area .. the unit was clean but a little bit out dated .. and I thought we were getting a cabin by the pictures on web page but got a unit instead .. but over all a nice place ..

Good location and price. Good size room but the room would benefit from a table or chair or somewhere to hang up things.

Budget room had no fridge or tea and coffee

It was adequate for our limited stay as we were travelling with my dog.

We loved everything about this property except one thing.. the false advertising about the studio having an electric frypan, I have it in writing in my booking, but when getting there it has everything in the kitchen except for that, when I asked the lady at reception about it (as this is the only reason we stayed there as we wanted our own kitchen space) she just told us to use the camp kitchen. I wasn’t happy about that. The camp kitchen was tiny and a struggle to cook there as there was constantly a family of about 20 people there most of the day and night .. Everything else was fine though, room was big and clean and a short walk to the esplanade .

I was grateful that I could take my pet with me.
