Very good location

Good location

Elevator is a bit too crowded and you need to wait for a bit, but else it was a pleasant stay

But of a tricky one. It wasn’t terrible but definitely not worth the money. Particularly the elevator situation that wasn’t communicated until you arrive. Yeah not bad but wouldn’t pay more than 200 a night

Overall, the experience was good. The 2 things that really let down the visit was that fact that our key fob only worked in one lift, which meant at times we would wait for roughly 10 minutes just to get to our room or down from our room. There was no offer of a replacement fob when I brought it up with the front desk staff. It was just brushed off with comments about how it happens often and that someone would be there on the Tuesday following our visit to fix the broken elevator. Neither of these things helped us while we were there. The second thing was listening to the unit above us party until 2:30am when these apartments state they are 'strictly no partying'. Not to mention said people were throwing things off the 15th floor balcony. The positives were the location, the comfy beds and awesome pool and gym area.

We did not receive the wine or snacks promised when booking. But the hotel is good and we had a nice view.

We had an absolutely fantastic view from the 29th floor. We were very satisfied. Very new and modern building. Very clean apartment and big kitchen. The pool was bigger than we thought. We felt safe. Nice staff at the reception. :)

We really enjoyed the location, the apartment was great and everyone we met, even on the lifts, was very friendly. We had a wonderful time.

Clearance. Close to southbank and brisbane city. Nice view.

Great location

Property was not serviced well, chopping board had mould, shower frames were mouldy, broken chair not removed or replaced, oven trays were not cleaned really dirty, there were some suspicious people hanging around the outside of the property. I contacted the property via email attaching photos of my concerns, it took them 5 days to get back to me

Lovely unit in great location

What a wonderful oasis in the heart of the city. It was equipped with everything I needed for an extended stay. I especially loved starting and ending the day on the balcony gearing up for the day with coffee or unwinding from the day with a glass of wine and watching the city lights come alive as night fell. I would definitely stay here again.

It could do with a freshen up in the drains,and some paint work, otherwise it was a great stay

As advertised clean, spacious and comfortable with on site parking, close to the CBD and Royal Brisbane Hospital.

The property itself is lovely and located conveniently for accessing the city, South Bank, and West End. My only complaint was the television, the wifi, and the shower head. The television crashed repeatedly. It runs Android so I was able to download all my usual streaming apps but the internet seemed to drop out constantly. Usually my programming resumed in a few minutes so I assume it was the internet but the TV also froze once and needed to be turned off at the wall. I did call tech support about the internet and they helped us connect our phones but the connection was terrible. The hower head was dirty, old, and broken so it was very hard to get it to point where we wanted it.

Spacious and well located. Lots of light. A bit noisy, but OK.

The customer service was amazing, I had a late check in and the gentleman that checked us is was so kind and lovely. The room was great, great view! Pool and spa also great facilities.

Good size room , great pool

We opted for a city view apartment which was fantastic as Brisbane is beautiful especially at nighttime. Areas for improvement. Housekeeping. I understand that they are probably under the pump however simple checks of the rooms with regards to re-stocking them with necessary items and reporting maintenance issues. The first room we had was flooded by a leaking pipe which they did clean up but failed to see the carpets had been flooded, and did not report the problem to be rectified prior to us arriving. The ceiling exhaust fan was hanging from the ceiling, the fridge was unplugged, and benches were not cleaned. Hopefully next time will be better. They did sort us out with another room which was great and as I had forgotten an item in the freezer of the first room, I was able to see that they did attend to the room straightaway after we have left which was good to see.
