I liked the convenience of the location & easy access to food places

I booked for an event at curtin university and the hotel was situated across the road from the venue. Very convenient with IFA on the doorstep as well as some great little cafes. The room was very spacious as we booked a two bedroom apartment with a large balcony. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Located on Curtin University campus, so it has lots of amenities, the local has paid parking, will likely need a car to travel, but it does have a bus route, not as convenient if you want to be it the city all the time, unless you do drive.

Good weekend getaway

This is my 4th stay. I love that its in a quiet location and has many dining options around. I did however find the cleaniness of the hallways not great. It looked as if it hadn't been vacumned since id been here two weeks prior. Left me wondering how well room was cleaned. Other than this it was a great stay and would recommend.

Great place to stay and very convenient as there are not many hotels in the area.

Clean, quiet

Really good, though the perfume in the foyer was far too strong. Lots of food options underneath and across the plaza. Room well appointed.

Great Stay! Many eating facilities around. Teo room suite was spacious and fitted our needs perfectly.

Our second stay in this lovely hotel in the space of 10 days. Nice quiet location within the Curtin University campus and pleasantly surprised the students all living around the hotel (mainly international) were quite studious as no late night drinking or gatherings, very peaceful! The rooms were very comfortable and clean and we never heard our neighbours. This second visit however was marred by a cockroach infestation in our room and we would have killed at least a dozen over our two night stay. This was reported to reception on check out, so hopefully this incident will be resolved quickly.

I was lied to by the Duty Manager Thomas wbk advised my $200 bond would be returned to my account on the day I checked out. It's now been 3 days and nothing. Absolute lying thieves. The staff member Thomas also racially profiled and disrespected my partner. Avoid this place

Overall good experience over 6 nights. Great location and beautiful apartment. Comfy beds. Only issue was really with standard of housekeeping, which was inconsistent and intermittent. Room not serviced everyday. No explanation or warning offered. When it was serviced, not everything was changed/ replaced. No tea towel on our last day. Had to ask reception for toilet paper and bring rubbish downstairs after housekeeping left the used bin liner on the kitchen bench. No pick up/ set down out front. Needed a few trips to get luggage from parking bay to room and back.

Having a microwave and some dishes/cutlery in the room would go a long way towards a more comfortable stay. Often I had to work in the late hours of the night. If I could warm up leftovers/takeaways, it could make me more productive.
