Great location, just a bit outdated and beds are not comfortable at all, like sleeping on planks of wood with springs in your back.

It was great for what we needed , but next time I would get a room across from the pool.Everything is in walking distance nice little place

The beds were very uncomfortable and the area surrounding the pool was very untidy. The bathrooms are very outdated. Pool not very clean either

Had stayed elsewhere previously so unsure what to expect. Although the room was a bit tired it was clean and comfortable. The garden setting, proximity to shops and dining options is terrific.

The rooms were clean. We could hear the person next door tv and snoring.

The room we stayed in was tired and need considerable attention. There was only one dining chair for 2 guests. The room we were in was by the pool and the paving was so eroded that it was difficult to walk on especially for my wife who has walking problems and needs a walker for getting around

We have stayed and enjoyed this place before mostly because of the heated pool option and convenience of location. Especially with a young child. However on this occasion the reception advised us that the owner told them to turn the heating off on the pool heating. We went there specifically to enjoy the heated pool and spa for an overnight stay. We were unable to use either and our child was extremely upset as any child would be looking forward to this staycation. We could have just stayed home and gone to a local aquatic centre for much less. Very disappointed. Heating was turned on in the morning, the spa and pool was still cold in the morning. We will give this place a second chance only if they return to operating their pool and spa as heated.

There was a horrible smell outside the front door, alot of bugs inside the unit, the water was brown when you turned it on

Perfect location in the centre of main street but around the back so lovely and quiet. Walking distance to al of the village shops.

Office did not open till 2.30 single bed very uncomfortable dead flies on window sill floor slippery in the bathroom when wet would not rate this motel

Loved the location tucked away yet very accessible to main st Hahndorf, could walk everywhere

The room is small (yet feels bigger) and has some architectural character - the raised roof and vertical timbered door.

Comfortable bed, room had what we needed for an overnight stay. Linens were fresh and clean but the room needs updating. Carpet in very bad condition and needs replacing.

Didn’t like the fact that we could hear the people talking in the rooms next to us.

Comfortable accommodation in centre of town but also very quiet for a good night's rest. Everything is available on the doorstep. Safe parking, not chargeable. My only negative comment was that carpet in room looked tired and was stained as were the chairs.

Was nice and clean. Easy to check in staff was friendly.

Great access to Hahndorf.

The property was in a very good location. An easy walk down the main street of Hahndorf. The room was a good size and clean. The bed was comfortable.
