As was stated several times: there was no way to get in the front door (to get to the lock box). I had to ring apartments and fortunately got #3 to open the front door for us. There were no directions as to how to get to the apartment or how to get to downtown Vienna (which most visitors want to visit); and there were no nearby grocery stores to be able to use the kitchen etc. We ended up leaving a day early to rebook a place near the airport so that we could catch out flight home on the next day... thus we missed our concert as well.

Appartamento perfetto per due/quattro persone, collegato molto bene con i mezzi, con il supermercato Billa e il centro commerciale. Lo consiglio vivamente, anche se per arrivare al centro di Vienna ci vuole una mezz'ora, ma lo consiglio.

Nice place to stay with free, safe parking on a street. The only bad thing is that some cook ware is missing. You can find only one big and one small pot for cooking. So, the "fully equipped" kitchen can not be fully used.

Good accomodation, quite zone, parking available, 20 minute by train to Mitte. Not excellently cleaned (we paid 35 euros, but the flat was not so good); kay-man arrived later.

Very quiet and well equiped apartment within walking distance of shopping center, Mcdonalds and other restaurants. Free street parking and 3,8 euro per day garage parking within walking distance. Worth revisiting! Great city! Great location for family travelling by car.

What they don't tell you in the description is that to get to this apartment, you must walk up four flights of stairs, no elevator. Also the shower is VERY small, like there is no room to turn around one the doors are closed, and the water temperature changes drastically while you are using the shower. Very uncomfortable. Lastly, you are required to pay a 35 euro cleaning fee, which is fine, but the apartment was not especially clean. My chapstick rolled under the bed, and there was a tremendous amount of dust bunnies and dirt under there. I also had put my suitcase in the closet, and I had to wipe off the side that was down with a paper towel before we left, because it had so much dust on it.

Küchenutensilien kaum vorhanden, für drei Personen nicht genug Geschirr (keine Sekt Gläser etc) Matratzen waren voller Flecken Sauberkeit war nicht befriedigend WC roch sehr unangenehm Anbindung zum Bahnhof und Supermarkt war super.

A bit difficult to find or get in contact with the owner. The previous customer left a stinking smoke smell in the whole house dispite smoking being forbidden. Otherwise comfortable and spacious

Tout etait super parfait la reservation les informations sur notre arrivée mais déplorable quand nous sommes arrivées personne pour la remise des clefs moi je ne parle pas un mot ni d'anglais ni de allemand j'aurai pas su me débrouiller car tout c'est fait par téléphone c'est une honte c'est un manque totale de professionalisme c'est dommage pour la société ca ne fait vraiment pas sérieux. Au sinon l'immeuble est très silencieux rien à redire

The apartment was great as it has all the necessary facilities such as washing machine, microwave oven, oven & stove, toaster, kettle, coffee pot, dishwasher, refrigerator, utensils etc which gives you opportunity to cook. Furthermore there's the free Internet (Wifi) & cable tv provided so this was really helpful. It has 1 queen size bed and a sofa so you can fit about a party of 3 in. My only complaint was that it was on the 5th floor with no elevator. So families with very young children may find it abit of a hassle to climb the stairs. I would recommend this for 3-4 individuals or family with elder children or those travelling light but looking for a cheap and comfortable place. Note that this apartment is about 30mins away from the main city center so you'll have to time yourself as it takes about 15mins walk to the train station / taxi station. As for the train they have certain schedules for which train goes to which route, the ticket attendant is most helpful on this. It's not like the Metro at other cities as the same tracks could take you to different areas so check the schedule. Apart from that we loved the apartment only that we had big luggage's (our own mistake) so it was a bit of trouble taking them up/down the place. The customer service was friendly and responsive to our emails so that's a plus too. They do provide towels as well for the number of persons booked but soaps/shampoo will need to bring yourself.

Muss unbedingt erwähnen, wir mussten wegen eines Systemfehlers in eine Wohnung an Simmering Hauptstrasse 113 umgebucht werden und darum kann ich nur jene Wohnung empfehlen und bewerten.

Es war überraschend sauber, gemütlich - einvach super!

Wir hatten insegsamt einen zufrieden stellenden Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung lag für uns zwar etwas zu weit außerhalb, zieht man die Lage aber in Betracht bei der Buchung, stimmt ein 10min Fußweg zum Bahnhof und ca 15min Bahnfahrt in die Stadt zufrieden. Insgesamt war die Wohnung wie auf den Bildern hell und modern und stimmig eingerichtet. Uns haben ausreichend Messer und ein Küchentuch gefehlt, um gut kochen und auch mal auf die Schnelle etwas abwaschen und trocknen zu können gefehlt, es war nur ein sehr großes Messer vorhanden. Ansonsten Spühlmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügelutensilien und Staubsauger vorhanden. Möchte man zu zwei seine Ruhe und etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt ahben, empfehlen wir die Wohnung für den gezahlten Preis gerne weiter.

Schon lange nicht mehr bewohnt. Deshalb nicht richtig gereinigt (Spinnweben, Dreck in den ecken etc.) Das schlimmste und unappetitlichste war jedoch die schmutzige Bettwäsche.

Da dieses Apartment mit allem ausgestattet ist (Bügelbrett, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger... (nicht das wir diese Dinge auch benutzt hätten ;-) )) hat man das Gefühl, sich gerade in seiner Zweitwohnung aufzuhalten und kann sich herrlich ausspannen. Kleine Abzüge gibt es für den fehlenden Überzug der Bettdecken und Polster der 3. und 4. Person.

Sehr sauberes Appartment, das sich ausgezeichnet als Ausgangspuntk für die Erkundung Wiens eignet. Zwar etwas weit außerhalb, aber für diejenigen ideal, die mit dem Auto anreisen. O.K. für 2 Personen, bei 4 Personen wird es etwas eng.

Il servizio è stato molto buono ed efficiente. Siamo stati molto bene. Localizzazione molto silenziosa e comoda.

Excellent and cost effective rental apartment at the end of the central Vienna rail line. We drove from the UK and were able to leave the car parked on the street during our stay while we made use of the Vienna railcard. Liesing is a very safe district. This apartment is on the top (fifth) floor or a residential building with no lift. No problem for the fit. All the kitchen basics, but expect no extras apart from a couple of toilet rolls. Provide your own detergents etc. A service clean must be included in the bill.

Lage am Stadtrand von Wien. Ideal, wenn man mit dem Auto kommt, da man keine Parkgebühren bezahlen muß. U 6 Endstation Siebenhirten mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar, um Park and Ride zu nehmen. In 30 Minuten ist man mit umsteigen in die U4 am Ring und kann alles gut erreichen.
