Mega Aufenthalt!

This was our second time staying here, last time was in the Summer of this year. Seeing it both during the Summer and Winter makes it feel totally different. The hotel is beautiful, the location is beautiful, and the food that’s included is top tier. We spent all day relaxing at the thermal baths and saunas, and then slept great in our comfortable bed.

Aqua Dome exceptional place had a wonderful time and the facilities and food were excellent

El hotel con mejores vistas en el que he estado. Una estancia tranquila y un muy buen trato por parte de la gente del hotel. A tener en cuenta que muchas zonas de Spa son nudistas. Recomendado.

Bergkulisse ist einmalig! Die Lage ist wunderschön.

Worth every penny. The hot springs, the saunas, the hotel itself. Every detail is there to ensure you are comfortable, relaxed, and happy. We ate an amazing dinner, amazing breakfast, and spent all of our time relaxing around the multiple pools and relaxation areas. We will definitely be coming back.

This hotel is just amazing! The place is beautiful, the thermal pools and spa just wonderful and the restaurant’s quality and variety of food superb. We absolutely loved it! My kids had a blast and my husband and I could relax and enjoy after a day at the slopes. Can’t wait go be back there.

Amazing!! Loved aqua dome so much! If your looking to truly relax and disconnect this is the place! Everything you need is at the resort. Gym, spa, restaurants and bar. The sauna area is fully nude as it is traditionally in Austria so keep this in mind when booking. Beautiful views out every window. Gym is fully equipped. We felt the hotel was a great value for everything that is included. Would highly recommend. Transportation from airport if your flying in is expensive. Around $170 one way. Below picture is the view from our room.

Wegen einer Baustelle war unsere Aussicht schlecht und es war morgens schon laut

Tolles Hotel, tolles Restaurant und eine unschlagbare Therme

Très mauvais accueil , il a fallu faire venir un superviseur ! Il nous a été attribué une chambre au 2 eme avec vue comme reservé..à côté de celle de nos amis . À peine arrivé l accueil nous demande de descendre pour changer suite à une erreur de leur part car nous avons un chien ! Bien réservé lui aussi comme nos amis ! La chambre attribuée cette fois était au rez de chaussé sans vue , avec un mobilier désuet en plastique vue sur une palissade et des travaux ! Nous sommes retournés à l accueil et après 20 mm de discussion avec le superviseur nous avons obtenu une chambre au 2eme à côté de nos amis ! C était notre 3eme séjour et à chaque fois nous sommes venus avec des amis ! Il a fallu aussi réclamer les sandalettes pour l accès au spa alors qu elle sont délivrés à l arrivée pour les autres clients !

Would be a wonderful place for a honeymoon or romantic retreat

The only thing to improve on would be to have more facilities for young people. Our 11 and 14 year old were quite bored with the pools quickly, but then this is a pool and spa resort so that’s our own fault really.

The hotel was wheelchair accessible but the staff in the dinning room made my husband feel unwelcome and a nuisance. The spa - which was our reason for coming was not wheelchair accessible. The pools where my husband would be pain free had a steep staircase and no lift!
