Not good must get refund

During our stay, we did a reservation for 3 rooms for my family. When we reached for the check-in, it tooks us almost an hour. They have on that day only one receptionist to welcome the guests. During night around 2am the other room was having kind of a party it was so loudly and we couldn't sleep. We called and someone came to ask them to stop. One of the bathroom was not clean at all and my sister has to come in my room to refresh herself We didn't really enjoy our time there

The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The rooms are spacious with mini fridge and hair dryer but no microwave. There is a microwave in the breakfast room that can be used. The breakfast was very good. There was croissant/muffins/yogurt/cereal/milk, bagels, toast, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, eggs with cheese, there was some with pork which we didn't eat, hashbrowns, make it yourself waffles, and different juice. The breakfast area is clean and spacious enough for everyone to eat. It was open from 7-10am when we were there. The rooms were spacious. I would suggest adding more towels but it wasn't a big deal since we just asked the cleaning lady for more. There is a hot tub and pool. We used the hot tub. It wasn't scorching hot but it was still very good to use. I would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was the location which is not really the fault of the hotel. The area is in a sketchy area with alot of homeless and sketchy people around. We felt safe in side the hotel but I wouldn't feel comfortable walking out alone near the hotel.

I like the pool and hot tub. The free breakfast wasn’t half bad either. I’ll be coming back again for sure

Our reservation last Christmas Eve was not on their system, When I spoke with hotels.com's customer service as to why is our reservation is not reflecting with Days Inn's system, I was told that the hotel property did not confirmed our reservation. I told Amy, their front desk about it but she did not have any remorse, no apologies or whatsoever, she just defended their side. So imagine, traveling with a toddler on a Christmas Eve, expecting that you have a confirmed reservation and then almost not having any place to stay. I am grateful that she manually checked us in, although it shouldn't be the case if the hotel property accepted our reservation. The whole process of checking us in took around 30 minutes, I asked her if my daughter and my husband can get the keys because we have an appointment in a few but she raised her voice instead. Next time you encountered a problem with any reservation, what we need to hear is a little empathy, not any reasons, she also kept talking about her point of view even if we are on the front of elevator which I find very unprofessional.

Paid for two queen beds Put us in a room with two double beds

There was no washroom in the pool, how will the costumer take a shower before they go yo the pool, how they can change bfore go to the room after the pool

The shower in rm 220 was cold then boiling hot took 10 min to regulate. The handles on the drawers were falling off. The restaurant closed early or was not open at all even though sins thru the hotel provided hpurs of operations. Website states room service however told there was no room service. Elevator jammed on 3rd floor. There was a secuirty guard posted every night due to the unsafe area. We were to stay 6 nights left after 3 and stayed at motel 11 which was similar in price.

The hotel is ok for the price paid..

The manager Rio, was so nice amd welcoming, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was great, no problems whatsoever.

When we checked in the girl at the front desk was very professiosl and polite. I loved her soft spoken voice and accent. I asked and she said she was from Ukraine. Please pass this onto her. Everytime we passed in the front area she waved, said hi and asked if we needed anything with a huge smile. She is a hugh assist to the Days Inn. Unfortunatelly the elevator broke down a day before we arrived, but I got a first floor room to accomodate my needs.
