スタッフの対応が素晴らしい 特にレストランでサーブしてくれたスタッフは最高

ジュニアスィート、2ベッド、ビューを選んだので、かなり高い値段でしたが、その割には最高のサービスではなかったし、部屋も別の棟だったので荷物を持っての移動がやや不便でした。部屋からの景色も期待した側の景色ではありませんでした。レストランチョップハウスは美味しくてサービスもよく、値段もかなり高かったです。

別棟はちょっと景色に問題あり… 次は本館にしようと思います。

The hotel is a little far from the downtown, but easily accessible by public Roam bus. My junior suite room with a jacuzzi was wonderful. I definitely recommend the chop house restaurant where I enjoyed Alberta beaf and friendly service.

Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Staff was so friendly and there is so much to do onsite. We also walked to town (about 25 min walk), but the Fairmont provides free transportation on the public bus which is a very easy and convenient way to get around. We will certainly be back!! Gorgeous place to stay.

The staff was excellent! ❤️ The room was extremely HOT! Do not get a room on 9th floor! And our room in front of elevators! Traffic noise all night. A full refund would be appreciated! Not pleased there are no rooms that pets are not allowed. Hot tub gave me foot fungus. Old and historic beauty but a been there done that hotel. 😔

The Fairmont Hotel has an upscale ambiance, but the pricing does not reflect the value of the services and amenities. We paid $1,000 per night, yet the hotel does not offer free parking—we had to pay an additional $105 for three nights. On top of that, Wi-Fi isn’t included, which is disappointing for a hotel in this price range. The mini-bar was underwhelming, stocked with only some butter and no beverages. The spa services were also overpriced—I paid $339 for a one-hour massage, which can easily be found elsewhere for about one-third of the price. Furthermore, the hotel restaurant was extremely expensive, making it hard to justify dining on-site. While the property itself is beautiful, the overall experience doesn’t live up to the cost.

Everything is top notch from the valet to the food, restaurants all excellent! Beautiful property, well maintained and excellent service!

Great place

Amazing staff, restaurants and facilities. This is the best location and the best hotel in the area. The concierge service is amazing staying at the hotel, you don’t need to travel agent. They will arrange all your activities and help you develop an itinerary that will exceed your families needs. We have stayed here both in the winter and the summer and would never stay anywhere else! Whatever cost differences may be present between other hotels in the area is made up by the hotel services, facilities and the amazing Concierge team. The values of this hotel is unbeatable.

The beds were super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast buffet was epic, so much delicious food. The pool area was a total vibe, perfect for chilling. The staff were all friendly and helpful, always smiling. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. I would definitely recommend!

The hotel's common areas are gorgeous. The room that we got needs a major remodeling. It was VERY expensive for what we got. I do have to say that the service and views were incredible.

The Fairmont’s restaurants are equally impressive, offering a perfect blend of light and hearty meals. We didn’t encounter a single dish that didn’t exceed expectations. After a long day on the slopes, the spa is a must. Relaxing in the heated outdoor pool while surrounded by snowy peaks is an experience you’ll never forget. From thoughtful touches to impeccable service, The Fairmont Banff Springs ensures no request goes unanswered. We’ll undoubtedly be back—there’s simply no comparison.
