Love room just didn’t know how use key for elevator get up to room

As a single senior, with no vehicle I did not feel safe having to walk around from the main building to get into the tower building. I know they are under renovation but the access to the tower should be open by using the overhead walkway

The stay overall was pretty good, considering they are in the middle of a Renovation, the pool was unavailable, we stayed there back in June and it was also down then which was disappointing, as i had my grandson with me on this trip and he loves the pool. We may consider a different option next trip.

We had the absolute worst stay ever, my best friend and i chose to have a "staycation" to have an early Christmas for our kids because we wouldn't be together on Christmas. first there is nothing on Expedia stating the pool is closed which is why we chose this hotel so our three kids could go swimming, I talked to the front desk and the "manager in training" wouldn't even look at us, kids crying and all, and just rudely says that's not an us problem and shoo'd us away. then in our room which was a king suite, the tv's wouldn't work, the "manager in training" came up to try and fix it and couldn't and just said oh well.... shortly after he leaves we realize the bedsheets in the room are disgusting and stained, we didn't call about this as none of our issues have been taken seriously.. I am absolutely appalled at the customer service this hotel showed, I used to love staying there but I will NEVER return

Run down. Door didn't close to the room without a shove and security door next to our room to the outside didnt lock.

Was just ok, nothing spectacular. Wouldn’t be my first choice again

The housekeeping dtagf did not even enter my room once during my stay. No clean towels, coffee sugar etc in room for next day.. When I informed front desk ghey did not csre at all

Rooms dated and carpets leave socks dirty.Key cards did not work on multiple occasions causing frequent visits to front desk. When called maintenance to resolve a plumbing issue, no one came. Homeless person found passed out in the stairwell. No pillows for the pull out couch.

Checked in and went to our room (after 5pm) and it had not been serviced from the previous people. Went back down and they moved us into the penthouse...which is nothing special. Basically a similar room. Had a cracked out guy hovering around the carded doors. So we made sure to close it prior to leaving it. Not a safe feeling

We stayed her before and liked the experience. Everyone was friendly. The locatian was convenient

Surrounding area is full of homeless people. They were in the dumpsters going through the renovation items left in them. One of our vehicles we’re broken into during our stay. Windows smashed & items stolen. We were out of town & because of a long weekend we had no service outlets to help us. There were 6 vehicles damaged. I would not stay here again.

I was upgraded to PH, very nice view, only wish it had a microwave (to warm a tea for my sore throat) I did not observe any tea bags in this suite. Also, they should ADD a pressure reducer to the shower head ( like an rv p.r. Nossle) -Loved the almost instant HOT water !

They would not put us in the tower. We were on the ground floor. Outside of the building. People were sleeping/ staying against the building, screaming and yelling all night long. It was unsafe to walk outside the doors and across to the McDonald's because of the people that were living against the building. Traffic noise was on all night long. The pool has been shut down for maintenance for months but they do not advertise that on their front page. It's in small writing in a different part of the website. They also say breakfast available, which I feel is misleading because when you're just glancing through hotels and you see breakfast as a statement it should mean that breakfast is included. Everyone knows you can go to a restaurant nearby for things like breakfast. But breakfast is not included. The room they put us in used to be a smoking room and the whole thing smelled like tobacco. It was very yucky.

We were greeted with a friendly and kind concierge who made our check-in pleasant. Unfortunately, the room was not clean. The sheets had stains, the walls were dirty and the bathroom was not clean. The concierge was very kind and immediately upgraded us to a better room to make up for this inconvenience. The second room was cleaner. The swimming pool was closed and the area is not the best after dark. We encountered individuals with drug paraphernalia on our walk to get dinner and the McDonalds parking lot had loud visitors. If you go out during the day it’s a bit better but be aware of squatters in the vicinity and do no park your car in the back as lighting and security visibility is limited and can be easily broken into. This place is affordable, pet-friendly and overall convenient for a quick stay otherwise.
