It’s alright. About what you’d expect from a Travelodge off the side of the highway.

Staff was great, a few of us had mice in our rooms. But we were ground Level. Newly renovated

We travelled with a pet at the end of October and had a lovely experience! We were initially a lityle skeptical / unsure due to the not-so-great rarings the place had but it turned out be a really good surprise - the room was clean, well appointed, spacious, had a lovely view and was clearly done up recently. The location was very convenient and close to town yet not noisy or busy and the breakfast was good too. The breakfast room was a little small so i can see why it may be a bit of a pain in summer but it can esaily be resolved by allowing patrons to take the food out / to our rooms

The motel IS NOT well maintained. Any maintenance fixes in the room are not done properly. For example I couldn't use the blow dryer because it wasn't mounted to the wall correctly, and it hit me in the head when I tried to pull out the dryer from the holder, and on top of that shower door broke. I phone Travel Lodge before our stay to confirm there were doors separating the suited room. They said there were doors, but when we arrived we found curtains separating the two rooms. The heater is so lound when it turns on, and it was going on and off all night. We did not sleep well at all. The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable. The first night I opened up the couch hide a bed for my son and noticed some black substand scattered on the bed. Upon closer inspection I realized they were mouse droppings. Needless to say he did not sleep there. The next day I noticed that a bag of popcorn I had brought in a lunch bag had a hole chewed through it. The following morning we actually saw the mouse climbing up between the wall and the sink in the main room. I screamed and the mouse dropped to the floor and scurried behind the couch. The motel staff came and place a trap, but we only had a few hours until checkout. We were very very unhappy with our stay, but we felt trapped as we had already booked and paid through Expedia. We will never stay here again and recommend that the hotel seek better management and maintenance training as well as put some money back into the motel.

Not bad beds, the continental breakfast had a pancake maker instead of a waffle maker which was a nice change. Other than that almost all of the normal stuff... maybe a little less warm food options. The pool was great, and clean! The waterslide was an open one which my daughter liked.

I liked that the pool and hot tub was open until midnight. I also was happy to pay a minimal pet deposit for my two cats. Hekped with the expenses for sure. They offer a nice little continental breakfast and there's lots of rooms.

Clean comfortable room. Did not use the breakfast provided. Far enough away from Hwy 1 that noise was not a factor.
