The rooms and hotel were very clean, same with the pool area. Saturday and Sunday it was extremely busy and full but everything was maintained. The ladies in the pool area kept the area clean and towels stocked. All the workers were very friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows are so comfortable as well. We tend to stay here about 5 times a year with medical appointments in the city to attend perfect place for a mini vacation.

As soon as I walked into the room my 2 year old found a cigarette sitting on the register. I removed it with a Kleenex and I told the front desk and they sent someone to come and grab it and that was it .

Close to airport and price

We appreciated the young lady who offered the hotels park and fly to us. We were unaware they offered this service. It was great when we had to leave for the airport at 3:00 in the morning. Food and service at restaurant was very good!

Great service, quiet, easy to find.

All was good. Especially the swimming the grandkids loved it.

Pretty good stay

Overall this hotel was decent. Very clean room. The shower in the room was amazing. We did not check out the pool area so cannot comment on that. We had a few issues: Beds are super hard and uncomfortable. Could feel hard spots in the mattress. Staff continuously in hallways with loud walkie talkies all hours of the day including 9pm at night. Could hear neighbours talking inside the next door/upstairs rooms. We rented a movie from our room as the TVs don’t have capability to log into your own Netflix account or anything. Movie costed $25 to rent and stated we could only watch it once. The movie froze about 20 times and would go to a black screen saying “LG no signal”. It took us about 3 hours to finish the 1h20m movie. Overall probably would not stay here again.

Rooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. Pool was good for little ones but very busy at times. Only thing that was a little disappointing about rooms in there was no tub/shower combo to bath little ones. Overall good experience.

One night stay and was clean had been remodelled Staff was very welcoming

Sewer smell in first two rooms then moved to a third room.

Hotel was clean, staffed sufficiently, staff well trained and polite. Disappointed in the $100 deposit not done as a pre-authorization but as a purchase. Will have to wait to confirm it has been reversed / refunded.

Even though I am a gold guest I don get why they have to ask for a credit card and hold funds

We did not need the fridge but it was not turned on. All was great.

A very nice facility in very good shape. Room is super clean.
