simple yet effective, i stayed in room two with my partner for two nights and we slept well. Only thing is the room was creaky but that's it! Having a microwave and fridge was so handy

It was okay for a short cheap stay. However, it was not very clean, or looked like the pictures and it was extremely small. There was no staff, so it was easy to check in/out.

Really happy for the price! Was given a free upgrade which really helped as had some personal issues half way through my trip. They were understanding and great with communication! Recommend

No staff, no room service during stay

I wouldn't leave booking a room till the last minute ever again, especially during the busiest bank holiday weekend - so this wasn't great value, in the basement with people looking in while walking past, and smelling rather damp. However, the location is very convenient, the room was clean and the staff pleasant and helpful.

We had the room in the roof that was overlooking the whole city, it was such an amazing and unique view that I still miss now.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, und vom Fenster aus hatte ich sogar einen Blick aufs Meer. Das Zimmer ist schlicht, aber durchaus in Ordnung. Allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit stark zu wünschen übrig. Das Bad und die Dusche waren wirklich unhygienisch und wurden offensichtlich nicht gründlich gereinigt. Kochen war leider nicht möglich, da keine Töpfe vorhanden waren, was ich sehr enttäuschend fand. Aus diesen Gründen kann ich die Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

This property was a 10 min walk to the beach which was great. When we got into the room there was a leaflet which told us the wifi and amenities around. There was a double bed made the only thing I would suggest is more pillows there was only two but this would depend on people’s preferences. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

On arrival, i needed a parking permit so i called the number on front door, the men were kind and helpful. The room was very basic and could do with a deep clean but done the job. Thank you 😊 not a bad review.

Absolutely awful…the room was small which was ok, the bathroom was shocking as we discovered a plume of pubic hair in shower sinkhole. The cooker didn’t work which we found out after buying some shopping.The iron was unsafe as plug cover came off exposing wires. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.would not recommend staying here unless you want to experience what is like to live in a hostel for homeless.

The TV is too small. You have a cooker that doesn’t work without pots or pans.

It feels safe and has good working facilities but the dumpsters right out the front make the street really dirty. Only a 20 minute walk from the train station and close to the beach and a nice walk to the lanes and town centre. I would say that the rooms are very minimalist and don’t look much like the pictures but they have everything you would need for a weekend stay.

Die Lage war sehr gut, alles andere nicht sehr zu empfehlen… kleine Zimmer, leider recht dreckig. Die Pantry mag man nicht nutzen, weil es so dreckig war, mussten wir erstmal reinigen vor der Nutzung. Das Bett war sehr durchgelegen, Zierkissen mit Flecken. Keine Antwort auf eine Frage zum Thema parken von der Unterkunft erhalten. Ich würde die Unterkunft nicht noch mal buchen.

This was my first solo trip away so I was hoping everything would be smooth and stress free, which it was. The hotel is faceless (didn’t see any staff on site) and keyless meaning you check yourself in with a code and email them when you check out, to be honest suited me and no issues. I was very impressed with the room as a whole (Room 3, double with partial sea view). It wasn’t the cleanest but I was prepared for that due to viewing previous reviews, nothing terrible and as I was there for one night so not an issue. Wasn’t too noisy and about a 5-8 min walk to Brighton pier. It had a mini kitchen including microwave, fridge and mini hob- if your planning to cook there it’s just plates and cutlery, no pans or pots. I would stay again for a short stay 👍

A really nicely set out room with a sofa. Helpful staff. What I would suggest is a more through clean. There was dust on the kitchen shelves. The spong supplied to wash items in the kitchenette was used and dirty and there was bits and dental floss under the bed. If the cleaning was more substantial it would have been 5 stars.
