From the moment we entered the hotel we know it was going to be a good stay. The staff at reception were happy and polite. The room was better than we expected with little touches of free fruit and cherry. It honestly made our day.

To attend conferences, I stayed here. The hotel is so near from the many sightseeing spots of Bristol, also there are a lots nice staffs in the hotel. Moreover, the bar 'the square' which is under the hotel is so good about appreciating the atmosphere and cocktails.
When I came back from outside, a room is always kept clean. I really really can spend comfortable time and make nice memories in Bristol.
It is highly recommended that you choose the hotel :)

入り口はちょっとわかりにくいところにあるが、広場に面しているので朝は静か。坂の上にあるので駅からはタクシーで向かうのがいいかもしれません。バスターミナルからは歩いて１０分ほどですが、こちらもアップダウンがあります。部屋の内部はとても清潔で、綺麗好きな人でも満足できるでしょう。

1.noisy My room is room nbr 3.It located next to the bar.Bar door is always opened and I hear the music through the night.
2.smell A pillow smells have smelly something.The cover changed however it smell.worst!!!!
3.dirty A dirty sheet was considered to be leaving behind in the passage

I was booked into Room Number 4 which was billed as a "Superior Lower Deck Double". On entering the room I noticed a small fruit fly, and then another. When I pulled the curtains and put the lights on, I noticed dozens of little flies around the lights. It was a horrible room and not very clean. I complained to receiption and to be fair they moved me to another room pretty quickly, although it wasn't too far away from Number 4. I didn't notice any flies in that room.

Stayed in suite 604, on the 3rd floor, we would definitely stay there again as it felt like a home from home. Very spacious lounge area with kitchenette. The room & bathroom perfect size with Elemis products. Loved all the art work at the hotel.

Served a purpose for a one night stay.
Wedding meant no use of bar/restaurant available so felt more of a B&B (but without the breakfast as that would have been extra)
Parking £16 from 4pm - 1030am. Had to show them my card transaction to prove I had already paid for parking at check in. Was told it was another £5 to extend for an hour to allow me to grab a coffee. I declined. Bedroom - basic but served it’s purpose. Was quite hot on top floor so had to keep window open.

There was no room service. It was missing tea/ hot chocolate went to the reception to ask for some and they couldn't give me any. I couldn't get a hot drink from the reception. I have a cancer and needed a relaxing stay and I picked this place for the amenities and felt let down. The attitude wasn't great.
Also there were a few ants in the bathroom.
