Nice property

We stayed here to celebrate my birthday and got upgraded to the presidential suite. The room was amazing and the bed was big and comfortable. My boyfriend really likes the cooked breakfast and the pastry’s were really nice too. The staff were friendly and polite. The only thing that was disappointing was the size of the lifts, they were extremely small, but this was a minor issue.

Quick stay due to interrupted travel Hotel was lovely and good price £65 RO Only issue was one of the shower head was pointed to the opening of the shower cubicle where you stand to turn the shower on and the water went everywhere when I first turned the shower on …..

Really enjoyed our stay - lovely staff. Delicious breakfast and being right on the beach was perfect. Walk outside and see the beautiful cliffs!! Great value.

Wonderful

We checked in after 6 hours driving with 2 adults and 3 young children, we were very tired ready to catch a ferry the next morning to Disneyland Paris. Upon checking in we were told we had been upgraded to a platinum suite. The room was amazing and made our stay so much better. 3 large beds, a beautiful bathroom with large round bath. We ordered room service and enjoyed the room rather than going out to eat. The children loved it and so did we. Thank you so much Best Western Dover marina you made the start of our holiday fantastic.

GOOD experiences

Brilliant find…I stopped there going out and coming back into the UK. Staff were amazing and the food and wine choices in the restaurant were excellent. I will certainly be back.

Nice dining options, excellent view of the coast. Room cleanliness is very good. The hallways and the elevators could use some love though.

Het hotel is wat verouderd, maar verder prima. We hadden een kamer met balkon en het uitzicht was geweldig. De locatie is prima, vlakbij de ferry terminal en White Cliffs. De gym, spa, sauna en steam room waren heerlijk en beter dan verwacht. Ik zou hier zeker nog een keer terug willen komen.

Okay but not great. Over powering smell of citrus coming from air con which was so strong it made our eyes weep. Had to switch the air con off which is used for heating so fairly cold room. Bed very hard On the plus side, food in the Narco Pierre White Chiphouse was very good

Beautiful hotel clean friendly and special

This is a very tired and quite unpleasant hotel. The room was very overheated, set to 24C with a towel rail blasting heat. The communal areas are tatty and the breakfast like a 3* hotel.
