インターネットが高頻度で切断されテレビ会議は全くできない。マグカップはひびが入っており中身が漏れてきた。エレベーターが全て故障中で使えず、階段で移動するしかなかった。など、設備はとてもひどい。

乳幼児連れで利用。 地下鉄最寄駅ウェストケンジントンからは、2歳児の脚で約10分、アールズコートまでは約15分。バス停はホテル目の前と周辺に数カ所。ノッティングヒル、ケンジントン、ウェストミンスター、ピカデリー等、バスか地下鉄での移動が便利。 朝食ビュッフェはパン(クロワッサン、丸パン、穀物パン)、スクランブルエッグ、ソーセージ、ベーコン、ベイクドビーンズ、ヨーグルト、フルーツ、ジュース、コーヒー類。 部屋はダブルベットとソファで余裕あり。私たちはソファをソファベッドにしたうえ、ベビーベッドを置いたので、隙間なし。ドライヤーあり。バスタブ、冷蔵庫なし。 チェックイン・アウトの前後の荷物は別室で預かりあり。 徒歩5分のところにwaitroseの小さな店舗があり、飲食の調達ができる。 スタッフはみんな親切。

We(2 person) spent 3 nights in this hotel. Big problem... There was fire alarm ringing on a midnight and all the guests rushed to the outside (it was caused by smoke from the hotel kitchen. After 30 minutes of the continuous alarm, it turned out to be not harmful). Another problem. when we arrived, the reservation system was down and we had to wait 1.5 hours for check-in. The room itself was a little bit small, but clean and comfort.

It was a good choice for our city trip, but the rooms are a little bit old/outdated and the atmosphere in the breakfast area reminded us of a central station. But - for the price it was absolutely okay and the staff was wonderful!

It was nice, suited the purpose as we were off the facility most of the time, rooms are not quite spacious and old but clean, staff were friendly and nice, breakfast was very good, it’s overall good for budget travel where you just need a place to sleep after a long day of leisure. Thank you

Room was very clean, well presented and location was excellent. Breakfast was great. Only negatives were the pillows I think were made of titanium and had a bit of a wait when checking out even though a member of the team walked passed us. Other than that, all good.

Very good hotel for the price. Not a fancy place but has a great balance of price vs. quality. Good breakfast, quiet place, conveniently located near the underground station. Highly recommend to those who don't want to pay insanely high prices for good quality hotels in the historic part of London.

Booked a standard room with option of queen or twin beds booked queen bed but was given twin beds and told it would be £20 extra for a queen bed Even though it was an option ?? Toilet blocked an room electrics went which made us late for a venue we was attending

A perfect stay in London with our family of 7. The hotel is convenient to all places of London using nearby public transportation. Also, the breakfast was fabulous and exactly what my family wanted to eat before heading out each day.

This was the perfect place to stay for our 2 day layover in London. Super close to the tube and very walkable. Rooms were clean, breakfast was provided and staff was very friendly

Very friendly staff, room was clean and in good condition, the only relevant downside to call out is that we booked a family room for two adults and two children, but the sofa bed for the children was very small (narrow) - we just about managed one night, but it is certainly not of the same size as, e.g., an equivalent sofa bed in a Premier Inn. Otherwise all good.

Great spot to launch adventures around London. We did lots of walking but also super easy access to the tube to and from Heathrow. Tons of great food options around the neighborhood and a great hotel breakfast!
