朝食付にしたのですが、わりと種類も豊富で楽しかったです。グルテンフリーのパンなどもあり、よく配慮されているなと感じました。 バスタブがついていましたが、大きく、清潔だったのでくつろいで使えました。

清潔でロビーも部屋も広く、ストレスがありませんでした。バーやカフェがもう少し遅くまでやってくださるとありがたかったです。

Received awful service throughout stay. Paid for Premium room. Hotels.com booking site listed a bath/shower. After booking non-refundable price, a message from Holiday Inn said room booked did not have a bath. Asked to be moved to room with bath. No one from Holiday Inn made me aware at the time that this would mean a room 'down grade' but price I'd pay for the standard room would still be what I'd paid for Premium room/not adjusted to reflect down grade. After seeing new standard room I had to walk out and request the initial room without bath because I could not stay in room they put me in because there were no lights? The actual ceiling lights were not working & instead the room had only a few lamps so the room was very dark and dingy. There were also none of the premium facilities I had paid for ie. coffee machine. Had issues with regards to the room service menu. Kept getting conflicting answers from staff. Every time I tried to order something I was told it wasn't on the menu/menu was old which left both me and my daughter (vegetarians) with very little choice. I thought children ate free so why did I pay for my 10 year olds dinner? Breakfasts were terrible due to understaffing on Sun and Mon. No clean tables, cutlery etc. On Mon we did not even eat breakfast because there were no tables free. Was a large sports group staying there who occupied every table. So paid for meal I never ate. The coach also blocked all disabled parking spaces so I lost my disabled parking too

Great hotel to stay at in Sutton. The only negative eas the continental brealfast choice was pitifull as it had mostly gone and not replenished. The cooked breakfasy was baked boiled and fried. Otherwise I would recommend the king suits for your stay.

Facilities overall were fine but in all honesty the room felt like a hostel it was so basic and very bare. Felt like I had been transported back to the 70s with the decor.

Surprisingly good food from the restaurant at dinner. Breakfast was good but as it was very busy food often seemed to be running out. Spacious room very comfy bed. Pool, steam and sauna was great, wasn't too busy.

We had a wheelchair access room which wasn’t required fridge didn’t work in the room. Other than that pleasant enough stay

Didn't like lightbulb on desk not working and room.not ready for arrival afterearliest check in time. Also lack of towels

Good option in Sutton, good rooms, nice bar and restaurant and food is good. Close to train and shopping.

Favorite hotel in sutton because of its comfortable beds, spacious rooms and amazing facilities. Staying in the pool with grandson having fun for hours. Was going to have an evening in Sutton but didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel. Sauna, steam room, bubble tub. A real spa experience. Extremely enjoyable. Only negative is the outrageously expensive £15 charge for parking. We had 2 cars so this doubled the issue and hotel say nothing they can do about it.

I had to pay £24 for parking which I had already ticked at the point of booking and nobody would take responsibility or ownership. There was a party until 1, I could hear people telling them to be quiet but it only stopped when I called down to ask the party to get moved to another floor! It was a Monday! Dinner was nice but I had the fixed menu and it took 2 hours to get all my courses, one of which was a salad. Breakfast was nice and the people in the restaurants were very nice.

This is a well-run hotel, the bed was particularly comfortable
