朝食がおいしかったです。 治安がいい場所なので、安心して宿泊できました！

久々に静かな部屋に宿泊した観がある。一階部屋だったので二階宿泊者の足音は聞こえたが、隣室からの音はほぼ聞こえなかった。寧ろ部屋が静かなので目の前の路上を走る車の音の方が気になった。周辺地域の店舗やその顧客には中東系移民と思われる人々が多く、ホテルフロントマン二人もそうだったが、とても親切であったし、タクシー予約やチェックアウト時の書類等の相談もとても親身になって作業してくれた。朝食はミニマムであるが、コストパフォーマンスを考えれば受容できる。オリンピアでの国際会議に参加する為宿泊。間を挟む地上鉄道駅の跨線橋が使えて、アクセスは最高によい。一方、ロンドン中心部へはタクシーを使わないと不便だろう。ホテルへの不満は二つだけ。両方共浴室関連。バスタブがなく、シャワーブースのみであるのはよいのだが、ブースはドアで密閉されず、シャワーカーテンでのみ仕切る。カーテンと床の間には10センチ位隙間があるのでカーテン前はシャワー後は水浸しである。足ふきタオルで足を拭いた後、ぞうきんとして床を拭う事で洗面台へのアクセスができる様になるが、この足ふきタオルを何故か3泊の間一度も交換してもらえなかった。ハンドタオルとバスタオルは交換してくれているのにである！シャワーブースはそもそもどうしてこういう構造なのか全く理解に苦しむし、足ふきタオルの無交換も床を拭ってびちゃびちゃであるのはすぐわかるはずなのに、そのまま畳んで便器に蓋をした上に戻される。温水を使用したタオルドライレールがあるので、そこで乾かして使用したが、ぞうきんとして使用した後乾燥させるので乾くと臭う。また、最終日チェックアウト直前、午前5時台のシャワーではハンドシャワーは出たが、天井からのメインシャワーはお湯も水も全くでなくなった。ハンドシャワーはホルダーの角度が調整できず、述べた通り、カーテン式ブースなので、細心の注意を払わないと水浸しが洪水レベルになる。これは頂けなかった。それまでの二日間は水量も湯温も急激に変化するよくある海外のホテルの様な事もなかっただけに残念である。もうひとつ。厚い重いカーテンの開閉は電動式であるが、全開から全閉はモーターの力が足らず、半分強で止まってしまう。その後は勢いをつけて閉める手動式である。1階は路上から室内が見えるので、夜はカーテンが閉まらないのは大問題となるし、女性で慣れない人では自分だけでは閉められないかもしれない。部屋には冷蔵庫完備。エアコンもダイキン製で冷房、暖房、送風、温度調整と日本人でも満足できるクオリティであった。ベッドサイドテーブルにはコンセントもありスマホを充電しながら手の届く所においてアラームにするのに問題ない。

It was a lovely stay. The breakfast was quite good and delicious. Questions were answered shortly. Er would recommend this hotel for anyone.

Pleasant room and breakfast was reasonable but it was extremely difficult/complicatef to operate both the air conditioning and the lighting systems in the room.

Huoneemme oli todella siisti ja tyylikäs ja siitä pidettiin huolta koko vierailun ajan. Viihdyimme 6 yötä loistavasti. Hotellin henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Hotelli oli muutenkin kaikin puolin siisti ja tyylikäs ulkoasultaan. Todella helpot bussiyhteydet joka paikkaan, myös metropysäkeille. Aamupala oli riittävä, muttei mikään huippu. Ravintolatila itsessään viihtyisä. Kaiken kaikkiaan loistava hotelli ja palvelut!

Very nice hotel .Good reception, small but adequate room,comfortable bed great shower and great breakfast .The only grime was the remote control for the TV very sticky

Room was small, couldn’t work the light system, phone not connected . Bed linen not warm enough and no extra blankets available.

The alarm went off in the middle of the night because a guest was smoking in the room and the. The alarm in the hallway broke and no one could fix it for hours because the manager was not there. Rooms extremely small, not best use of space. Breakfast not great

Hotellet var overordnet godt. Selve rengøringen var ikke super god, hverken på værelset eller i restauranten. Derudover var vores værelse ekstremt lille ift. handicap. Jeg havde inden booking været i kontakt med hotellet, omkring handicap og hjælpemidler. De sagde at hotellet var handicap venligt. Men det var ikke vores oplevelse, udover elevator. Men det var meget klemt på værelset ift. hjælpemidler.

Lækkert ny moderniseret værelse med avanceret lyssystem Mit værelse var desværre lige ved siden af morgenmadslokalet med deraf følgende støj og morgenmadslugt Morgenmaden var i øvrigt ganske god

Reception staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. The room itself was clean, however we were located on the bottom floor, right next to the breakfast area. Whenever the door to another room, corridor or the breakfast area opened our door would bang as it didn't sit properly in the latch, consequently we didn't get much sleep as the door was banging during the night and early morning. The only window in the room looked into the breakfast room, so we couldn't open the curtains in the room at all.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Stayed for a night but hot water in the shower doesn’t work, but I did the staff know and they went to check it out right away..Breakfast was ok .. coffee machine wasn’t working but it’s not a big deal cause you can get tea or some orange juice or apple juice.. not a big choice of breakfast but it was ok ..

I had a great stay, the room is small but as i was alone there it wasn't a big problem. The staff is amazing, Palak was amazing with me and very helpful. Thank you again.

The KPH is good for a 1-2 night stay only, IMO. My partner and I booked for 6 nights and ended up moving rooms 3 times trying to get a better room because the first room was in the basement, which we didn't like. Positives: staff are very nice, friendly, and accommodating; very clean; nicely appointed interiors; comfortable beds with decent bed linens; lots of hot water and good water pressure; in-house breakfast was fine in a day-lit basement level dining room adjacent to the back garden; great walkable neighborhood close to shops and transit. Negatives: biggest dislike are the shower stalls; 2 bathrooms had shower curtains and 1 did not; the shower curtains end about 6-8 inches above the floor and there is no barrier to contain the shower water, so it floods the tiled bathroom floor, unless you construct a barrier out of multiple towels. The light switches are difficult to use and don't work consistently. Booked a "Deluxe Room, 1 King Bed", but did not feel I got what I paid for until we moved to the 3rd room, which was on the ground level (first level in U.S.). Watch out for being shoved in the basement!
