front desk staff are not nice, not kind, the hotel has no car park, I asked front desk a map of the car park, but the girl immediately said no, I am a Japanese and do not know the area, staff should be kind and nice to customer, also when i checked out, other girl did not say thank you, even I told her thank you, this is very unusual in Japan.

Very pleasant team

One night stay. I have stayed here on business before and likely to do so again. Great staff, good food, clean and comfortable. Parking is off-site but that’s a minor inconvenience.

The bed was very comfortable, the carpet was a little tired and grubby. My room was next to the cleaning cupboard which wasn’t great. Excellent staff

Just brilliant

Room on the outerside and was cold , heating did not appear to work. Everything else was satisfactory

Very handy for Nottingham station

The room was freezing and it took days for they to actually do something meaningful about it after letting them know more than once. Everything else was great but that was disappointing.

It was a lovely hotel and close enough to the arena

Clean and tidy Room ready hour before check in

Great location and the reception, bar and restaurant area were very well presented and looked really updated. Warm welcome with lots of information given at check in, unfortunately went down hill from there. Sheets although clean were stained, there was dust on various parts of the ceiling and the bathroom extractor fan was on all the time and no way of turning it off and second key card wasn’t programmed correctly. You should also be aware that if you get a room on the road side as we did you can hear every bit of traffic as the windows are not glazed to prevent it from getting noisy.

Well located with easy city centre access

Fabulous hotel in the right place, close to the city centre and train station.

Spot on for a night at concert. No parking at hotel.

The room was very nice and clean. The only disadvantage was the water pressure from the shower was weak and there wasn’t a fridge in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

One night stay while shopping with family. Hotel staff were friendly enough. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Shower was nice and hot and powerful. We didn’t have enough towels or tea brags and requested more. They were delivered to our room. Sadly just as we were checking out.
