As usual, nice hotel, good rooms, good breakfast and all fine, except this time the room was like an oven and the property had switched off the ability to cool the room, so even at 16 degrees setting it was pumping out heat. Could not leave the window open due to train noise and had an uncomfortable sweaty night.

Excellent hotel at which I have stayed many times and always enjoyed

The service was rather poor, we wasnt welcomed in nothing explained to us, had no idea how to use the key for the swimming pool, found the hotel not value for money, the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful unsure of his name, however didnt seem very well run, shame the sauna was closed also that was never mentioned before or even on our visit, wouldnt say its very good for children, no nice touches

A wonderful stay despite the awful weather. Great room, perfect with the dog too. Lovely staff and awesome breakfast.

Super convenient and pleasant new hotel right by Cambridge North. Great staff, and no issues having to check in close to midnight.

A good hotel that needs some money spent on room refreshes; furnishings and surfaces are all scratched, tired and worn out. Breakfast was also lovely but hardly anything available (no eggs, fruits, beans or mushrooms) - this was sad given it was a Saturday and it was busy but lots of empty tables. .

The property was right next to a train station with multiple trains per hour to the centre of Cambridge. The rooms were nicely sound proofed and very comfortable.

Absolutely thrilled with the hotel Reception staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and made me feel very welcome My room was immaculately clean and had everything I needed Breakfast had a fantastic choice and was delicious

Overall hotel was good. All staff are friendly and courteous, waiters couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was very good. Room was reasonable, in my opinion bed could have been more modern and comfortable and room lighting was inadequate.

Second time staying here, same high quality, clean hotel with a nice pool and great facilities.

Great place convenient location

Loved everything about it. Excellent, clean hotel right next to Cambridge North station. My favourite part about it was the large UHD TV in the room that allowed me to cast my Prime and Netflix content.
